Love the flexibility and ease of use of Domo!

Ease of use, flexibility, easy to convince business partners to adopt it
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to change cards from one dataset to another and maintain data integrity (Beast Mode, drill downs, etc.)

Performance management across frontlines and corporate, operational reporting, financials
Domo Makes Sense
What do you like best about the product?
It's generally intuitive and easy to use. Once you begin using Domo you'll instantly recognize how many other use cases your company has for the tool. Each use case can help you automate a manual process or provide valuable insight into data.
Domo feels like a safe tool to trust your data with. If a dataset gets some how gets messed up it's easy to revert back to an old version.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance in the analyzer can be a bit laggy when working with large data sets. Nothing outrageous but I'd like it to be a little more responsive at times. Alerts, while nice, aren't customizable enough. I like that you can always get a support person on the phone ASAP but getting fixes in can sometimes be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built countless cards and dashboards for use across the company that had provided tremendous insight into previously opaque data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be cautious when making initial decisions in regards to your Domo data structure/infrastructure. You'll have to live with this structure unless you decide to redo it all.
Decent Metrics and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
We keep a lot of queried reports live in Domo, and I like that they are now easy to share, export and reference within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo can be very unintuitive depending on what you're working on. We have a specific project where the breadcrumbs seem to collapse, so sometimes if you click backward you end up on a new page or a view you've never seen before. This is probably at least partially on us since we're pretty new to the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is helping us maintain consistent reporting and tracking on data that used to take us hours to pull every week or two.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have at least two or three team members fully trained in on Domo. They'll need to eat, sleep, and breathe it for a while to be able to carry the team through.
Great Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand data within Domo. You can set things up exactly how you need to see them and compare things that make sense for your org
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if you go into the table mode it doesn't give you all the numbers and I have to manually add them up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm better able to understand the data we are gathering and make smart decisions based on what I see

Domo has a great UI. There is a bit of a learning curve during setup, but becomes easier over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of calculation options. Beast mode is not intuitive

Reports are faster to run and easier to access. Data is also updated in real time.

Format was a little confusing at first, after using for months it has become more understandable.

I am able to run reports much faster and view data in real time. Some reports that we ran prior to using domo took several minutes to load, DOMO reports pull up in seconds

DOMO makes storing and reporting data more efficient and accessible. All reports are stored in one location for ease of use.
Easy to Navigate, Difficult to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
Filters on reports and amending existing reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to retrieve underlying data to a card, cannot (easily) replicate a card to personal page, export to Excel includes html code (so I end up exporting to Powerpoint when needed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation tool for data in CRM, ewpoeting functionality beyond that of underlying CRM

Fast implementation and fast ROI
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we were able to get started with little to know technical knowledge or resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that Domo has matured from their initial startup phase, the support isn’t as robust as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to combine finance, sales and marketing data

Not sure what the purpose is besides for my boss to see our activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to to see my stats and my teams stats all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Domo was more simple and easier to read. Some of the graphs just don’t make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track team stats is very helpful so that I we know what areas we can improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For door to door salesman or any other company that tracks stats. This software is your best choice. You can easily track your personal stats, your team members stats and company wide stats to see where you land. I highly recommend Domo.
