Domo does well what it does best
What do you like best about the product?
Domo has a very clean interface and makes it easy on the eyes.

It doesn't do very good machine learning and predictive out of the box.

I love that DOMO allows me to see all of my key metrics so I can base my decisions off of easily found information

I've really liked the way domo presents its data. It's hard to think of something i dislike

Its easy to make decisions based on the data.
Very flexible interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely flexible and easy to read. It's very easy to drill into your data whether you like to see it graphically or on a spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything depends on how your administrators set up the interface. The way that the "cards" are pulled is based on how our data team set it up. So depending on how detailed your data all depend on how your data team sets it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and tracking.

Really map out which data is important to display.
Domo Makes Tracking Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Domo has made things much easier to aggregate and track data. We've been able to use this to track performance metrics and it has made day-to-day functionality quicker and more optimal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be buggy at times. I've noticed that at times it'll be down for 30+ minutes and that can be frustrating when trying to pull reports. Also, the cut time for the day is set to I believe Shanghai time, making it difficult to track end of day performance since it cuts at about 6 or 7pm CST.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo allows us to have all of our data and metrics all in one place. It also allows everyone visibility as to see where we stand as a company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd definitely give Domo a go if you are in the market for a business intelligence platform. It's easy to use and everything is nice and clean.

Domo gives its customers the horsepower and flexibility to monitor and manage a business despite disparate data sources.

More advanced connections readily available to plug in.

We use Domo across a wide spectrum of our positions and their use cases range from marketing to operations, to sales figures. We use Domo as a catchall solution for our different investments.

Make sure data and ops are in a place where implementation will be easier.
