What do you like best about the product?
'How clean and good looking the UI is, and how much it updates

HOw reliant I am on technical users to access my data and get useful metrics out of it

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and functionality of combining the data from all of our disparate systems into a single view/source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Domo expand their scheduled report functionality. It would be really helpful to be able to send csv or powerpoint files as attachments in scheduled reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning data and KPIs across all areas of the company. We know that execs are going into BOD meetings with accurate and aligned data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Adoption was our biggest struggle with implementing Domo. Especially if you are switching from another BI system/tool, start the change management process with your organization early.

This tool is easy to use and good to do data visulization

Data connection is hard with Anthem that has high security setting.

The graphical interface.is easy to use and interpolate. The drill menus are extremely valuable in getting detail data easily.

Th e lack of ability to easily change format of colors and changing name etc.

Tracking Vendor Performance. We have been able to structure our data in a more useful manner.

Ability to create a page to look like a marketing handout to send as a "pretty" report every Monday.

The cost. Also that the training programs are hard to get to

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the domo platform is its ability to provide real time analytics and empower analysts to have numbers at their finger tips.... In my organization, team members who may have been afraid of using data are now leveraging insights in a safe and collective environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the domo platform is in AWS US. My organization is in Canada, which prevents us from storing certain types of information in the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales analytics, most specifically, increasing sales rep productivity and profitability of our stores

Start small, and start rolling out features, step by step....
Creating cards from dataflows that other individuals have created.

Easy distribution of data that I have found to teams throughout the company.

Nothing really, I have been pretty happy with my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to see how well clients were adopting best practices. After creating the card, the information was soon used to create goals associated with teams. Each year client reps have worked with clients to meet these best practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To really focus on the business question that you want answered. I also wouldn't start Domo by jut recereating previous excel reports in Domo.

I like the flexibility of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the learning curve. For someone who is inexperienced at data science but wants to visualize data, it is difficult to learn.

Easy to manage dataset and datasource. It allows us to share our datacard with other people easily
