Very User Friendly & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy to use and maniupulate many sources of data and how it is easy to explain to end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much reslly, there are a few features i wish they would add but nothing major
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have in general been able to know how the business is actually performing and have been abe to ID areas where we need to focus and improve on

The dashboards are really easy to navigate and provide so much valuable information for us to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say. I am not a resident expert of all the products capabilities. I know that it is great for the features I currently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get real time updates on research data.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use, intuitive and drives quick decision making. It also goes beyond the spreadsheet by allowing users to click into the data to continue to answer questions to get to the root cause of the issue or opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is clunky, like viewing dashboards on a mobile phone. if you have sections in your pages that have multiple cards, it isn't so user friendly to scroll through all of the cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to intgrate our business operating system and KPIs into a user friendly environment that is self serving for our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find other users in like industries to see how they are using it to get a real sense of the benefit.

That the mysql tool will only bring in so many rows

Able to pull our data together for people to access on their mobile phone. Putting the data that people need in front of them.

so far i like everything about domo, it is very easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving data problems that used to take us months to put together. We have realized that with Domo we are able to get things done faster, more efficient and invest less labor into our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo makes it incredibly easy to collect and visualize data in real time. It is very intuitive and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, nothing! Domo is great. I can't wait to see what features they add in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo to transform our Operations Dashboard. It has allowed us to look at data in a completely new way and begin to come up with solutions to any major problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Redshift dataflows are excellent - scales very well and easy to use with SQL knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectors sometimes break or don't work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping category merchandisers know what is selling, product issues, etc. Assembling data sets for predictive modeling based on Adwords data. We have have increased bidding efficiency on Adwords using Domo as the data pipeline for our predictive model.
A tool for every company
What do you like best about the product?
Domo has so many API connections that allow you to sync data easily and quickly. Many BI tools allow you to do with this with a couple different connectors; however, Domo has 400+.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo can be very expensive. Enterprise clients will be able to take full advantage of Domo whereas startups and medium-sized companies will need to dedicate resources not just to the software but to those building/maintaining the datasets and metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We look at all sorts of business problems. Are we spending marketing dollars efficiently? How are are sales reps doing? etc. We are able to evaluate things quickly, but also able to see things visualized in new ways.
New Domo User
What do you like best about the product?
I like Domo's ability to be compatabile to each of its users. And the fact that you can see the data in multiple ways
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest issue is that you cannot manipulate the detail inside of domo very easily. Would like to have more simple uses and common things to be able to change the detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently only use for budgeting and forecasting and the biggest venefit we will have is to track our pricing and history for all of our components
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really investigate whether you want a platform that will simply take what your currently doing and provide a system for continuing to do the same thing. This platform will help provide you with better solutions but you need to be willing to change some of your old ways of doing things.
