Informative but not efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to gather important data and use it to influence my business in a holistic approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel the UX is extremely user friendly and I find it difficult to navigate filtering the data.

Understanding macro and micro trends.

I like the layout, UX is top-notch; it has the ability to quickly pull up and engage thumbs

the flexibility, the muscle isn't as taut as others

I've been working to rethink prior tasks, Domo helps me to gather relevant data to reframe processes

Simple tool for data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is great for generating automatic daily reports for all types of audiences. The visualized data makes glancing on a phone extremely easy and tons of info can be digested with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data representation can be over-simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting many people quick snapshots of daily information easily. Mostly looking at sales data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try Domo - you won't find a software that makes sharing data with large, diverse audiences (all levels from entry to VP) any easier.
Can't go wrong
What do you like best about the product?
Domo does just about everything you can imagine. Whether you are a novice or javascript developer. It has it all. You will never need another BI tool in your enterprise once you go with it. No longer will you have to buy additional servers, a different visualisation tool, or additional big data tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a true java developer and I have found that connecting to other API's if they don't have a pre built connector can be a challenge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced so much office time spent on doing analysis. We have freed up operations and finance from spreadsheets. The Salesforce connector has allowed us to really drive sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's not as "easy" to use as they are going to tell you, however what it can do and will do for you compared to other BI tools far outweighs any negatives your DB or Analysts may find.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good data visualization platform that takes info from many different sources and brings it together to help improve decision making and make data more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a larger capacity than what I needed which made it more expensive than I was willing to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to use it to share data from different sources and be able to integrate them together.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards were nice and clear, were customizable to get the information I needed in a clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
IDomo is not at fault, but the obvious challenge is that the source of data pulled from has to be accurate or what is displayed in Domo will not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Domo BI gave me the option to attach multiple data sources to a common visualization platform which was pretty good.

I am not the most technically strong person and can sometimes struggle with the robustness of the platform

Sometimes it doesnt filter data the way I would like.

Can work more efficiently when you can manipulate and analyze your stats.

The powerful ETL Dataflow functions;
The high compatibility with R, SQL, Excel sheet and other statistical tools;

Some functions are weird as Domo tried to warn you it thinks you're making a mistake.

Great choice if you need to communicate data with non-tech persons. It is easy to learn than Tableau
