Excellent for aggregate data and thereafter
What do you like best about the product?
End users can make their own dashboards and reports. Which is sharing too hence eliminates communication gap.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires hardware knowledge, which is quiet difficult. Hence required detailed user manual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it is self service platform, data manipulation and reporting along with chats and alerts helps in boosting business scope

Since data data sensitivity is checked every time, user is free to try more options utill his satisfaction
Easy to use Domo, powerful BI tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Its Domo functionality is extraordinary which allows me to get personalized visualizations. I also have the ability to connect and correlate data because it has a diversity of connectors. I have access to reports effectively through mobile devices which makes it easier for me to have accessible communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes me a bit difficult because, the functionality of the dynamic table is somewhat restricted. In the same way I consider, the data processing is manifested in a slow way, it would be fantastic to make improvements in this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Domo throughout our company which provides us with a variety of options and extraordinary functions. It offers us excellent visualization for various types of data. It is ideal which we use in our company to verify several metrics that we measure such as, sales, training among others. It is extremely easy to use and configure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is spectacular and an essential server for businesses. It facilitates analysis and information of great magnitude. It also allows you to send messages in real time. It offers excellent functions such as managing tasks, projects and also downloading new applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because with Domo I can share relevant tables or data tables with my coworkers during events or conferences. It is also i to emphasize that statistical analyzes are very easy to use and especially read. Domo is excellent for customization, because it is very easy to configure the startup pages. Moreover, this software offers types of graphics for any type of taste or data visualization needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be noted that the text format is a bit overwhelming specifically at the time of having an accurate description. I would also like to note that the functionality of the dynamic tables is a bit limited. And it would be great if the dome SQL code is minus demanding than other programs of its competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very satisfied with the work that Domo has been doing in our organization, we are basically benefiting from the fact that we can connect google spreadsheets with the software and in this way we can integrate the data with any company. We can also view and monitor emails in the last month and when users opened the email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software because of the need today to maintain data connectivity and synchronization of emails with companies. I am completely sure that 1 in 3 users are looking for alternatives to achieve better performance in these types of demands and this is where Domo plays a crucial role in meeting the needs. It definitely complies.
Mostly happy with it
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty nimble BI tool, for now, and searching for things is pretty easy. Our team has a lot of Domo cards that are really easy to share and help keep the team aligned on key metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if, when toggling between dashboards, it were easier to carry filters along--for example, if I need to pull data from one specific day across different dashboards, I have to set that filter each time. On big data dives, this can be a little time-consuming

We're keeping the team aligned on key metrics.

Domo is great for my team because we get to have multiple cards for tracking out progress. This is also ideal for presentations when you need to gather the data really quick!

Sometimes the site can be a bit clunky and it makes looking things up kind of hard.

Pulling all or our data into one spot. Easy reporting and tracking for team goals and information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Domo because I can locate and add customer use information as well as sales and renewal objectives, all the raw data I can handle and combine to create some data sources that are very useful for our departments. The system also offers us a very clean and presentable visualization layer in business. On the other hand, I can start a private chat write down and say what I am observing and I love that, as well as the mobile experience that is extraordinary
What do you dislike about the product?
For me a great disadvantage is that in Domo we can make copies of reports but these copies are connected accordingly if I adjust the copy I change the original this would mean that a user would have to re-elaborate the report from scratch and then adjust it. Domo allows me to write my own SQL codes, however this code is more demanding than the other SQL database. On the other hand, Domo text alerts are not the smartest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo solves problems and correlates data across various organizations and platforms which allows us to see values historically, that is, we can see when we send emails and when users opened them, these data are in our CRM. Therefore, the platform provides details and information about the business that the field had never had before, which allows evaluating how employees perform in our stores

For us Domo is great when we want to see many values historically or see data natively on a platform, it is being used in all companies because it is a unique and reliable source of reports for executives, it is also solving business problems in all departments this includes finance, sales, marketing and customer services.
Easy to use tool for business analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible this tool is and it offers a lot of connectors to use. The transformation layer is wonderful and allows anyone to perform an advanced transformation. The ability to obtain live data and quickly is excellent, allows me to build a complete dashboard with some complex data sets in a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page filtering can be clumsy and not as fluid as other tools. In addition, the adaptability to all screen sizes is nice, but it does not make the board appear as expected on large or even small screens. It would be nice if they could include the ability to resize more than 3 chart sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dome is being used throughout the company. Dome is the only reliable source of reports for executives. Executive use allows adoption at the entire company level because people from all positions align with what executives are seeing. It is solving business problems in all departments. We have a team of 7 that prepare reports for each of their respective departments. This includes finance, human resources, sales, engineering, product, marketing, customer services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dome is an extremely versatile tool. It allows easy access at all times and from this point, you can create flow charts and complete profiles that you can then access from desktop devices or mobile devices.
Great intuitive tool, quick Implementaion, hard to staff
What do you like best about the product?
Application is very intuitive to use. So simple that our CEO has built out many of the cards and pages that are used by the organization. The tool also offers a lot of different ways to transform your data. You can use MySQL or Redshift. There is also a WYSIWYG tool that does not require any SQL knowledge that a reasonably savvy person can figure out how to use. They also have hundreds of prebuilt data connections that dramatically reduce the implementation time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to connect to your data via a traditional SQL client. As a result, building out your ETL processes can be very slow and time consuming. Especially with bigger data sets. This also makes it difficult to staff for. SQL purists find the interaction speed very limiting. They really need to include the ability to interact with the data via a traditional SQL client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Near real time transparency to all business metrics. Sales reps/managers, operations, HR, customer service, etc. All departments have been able to benefit from the application. We now have the ability to set KPIs and the track against the KPI daily. We also use it to aid in load balancing across multiple resources.
Dome, the best way to get reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Dome is very complete, it is very easy to use, the reports it generates are very useful, its function is surprising and we can link information from almost any system, the communication tool is exceptional. It is an extremely versatile tool, all scenarios are appropriate. With Domo we solve two problems: connect and correlate data across different organizations and platforms and integrate all kinds of solutions into a single tool. Dome stands out above all is for the infinite possibilities to inform. There are no limits on how I can manipulate data and display it in the way that suits me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like, what I could say is that it is not so intuitive, and the visualizations are not so beautiful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dome reduces time when doing analysis, gives the ability to quickly build and implement panels, cards and data for our users without large expenses or work in our team, integrates all kinds of solutions on a single platform, which facilitates The reorganization of the company's business model also allows data to be collected from our cloud services, as well as from our local servers. The resulting organization allows easy access at all times so you can create diaphragms as well as complete profiles.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This application has a very advanced intelligence, thanks to this, you can manage all types of business projects at a maximum level. One of its best features is the ease of user functionality. It is an excellent program with features for the needs of any user, its functions are unique in such a complete and diverse program so I store information in a very secure way, with access to it, from anywhere. The free features are good enough to give anyone a good start in data analysis.
All-in-one Data and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
That you can ETL, data warehouse, visualize, govern, socialize all-in-one piece of software. Especially the data connection and transformation tool is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a heavy Domo user and have experienced a large number of bugs that take months to get fixed. The benefits far outweigh the costs though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to make centralize data collection/management, make decisions, and measure performance. Love that people at all levels of the company can access relevant data in Domo in the way that fits them best (dashboard, presentation, email report, etc.)
