What do you like best about the product?
Great visualisations when they're correct
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales function is really misleading, i had technical problems during the trial and they asked to call to help, which was great. However the person who called was an ADM who couldn't provide technical support at all and wanted to close a 10k deal on the first call so he could ask a technical person to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Few now, the trial didn't work, and support isn't available.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are several ways to have live data inputed into easy to read reports, with the additional ability to drill into the details. With the right analyst organizing the templates Domo provides easy to to read high level overviews for data, and details that build the overview. The fact that they have integrations with so many data sources for your company makes it a great resource to review all the data that your company uses from various sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that I dislike about it is that it does take some time to build out your custom reports, but if it were easy to build then there wouldn't be a need to outsource a data hub for everything your company needs, which in my professional opinion is just part of the game. This software will potentially shorten the process for data collection in the near future and is totally worth the effort to get everything set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different areas of data in a company from finance, to KPI tracking, it can be difficult to log into a large variety of softwares and export everything manually. With DOMO, we've been able to centralize all the data needed to keep a watchful eye on overall company health in the many areas that need constant supervision.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are aware of the time that it will take to implement and continually use and build within the software. And make sure that whoever you use to build (if you're doing it internally) knows understand how to analyze your data. It's been a great tool for me in my position, however I wasn't the one building the data tables or the reports generated. It took a few months to get everything correct and working properly, but in my opinion it has been a game changer when it comes to simplifying live data.

What do you like best about the product?
This method enables me to monitor the business areas in order to maximize the company's services and prevent any breaks. I really like, because the Dome was quickly and securely implemented where its analytical tools allowed a clean database to be maintained. This enables staff to scan for data more quickly and accurately. Furthermore, it prevents all kinds of duplicate knowledge, stealing or destruction keeping its use fresh, relaxed and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no bugs only with process, but I've seen complications with the application when it was uploaded or when an internal review of some company file document may be made quite sluggish, so it is necessary to need a much less workable solution. There are still no complaints with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To resolve the key problem within the company, in order that we can analyze any area to identify ways in which all the achievement and the jobs or projects are affected, not merely manages dome's database, which is very well done through providing a healthy, efficient foundation with details and the details required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally recommend it even if it operates, the methods are diverse and they often deal with different answers, which is why I like how they should be combined, analyzed and automated quickly and so well.

DOMO is decent easy to learn UI but slow for large data

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and understand user interface, easy to navigate for executive leaders and people on mobile and on the go, easy to connect to other data sources, platform to connect with other users in different areas
What do you dislike about the product?
Buzz can sometimes not be helpful, processing can be slow for large datasets, limited functionality for pivot tables, auto-saving would be a nice feature to not lose work, no access to unlicensed users outside of the org
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see charts and trends on the go at any time and any place and close to real time, to make decisions and pivot as necessary. Trying to solve problem of having multiple sources of truth to having single sources of truth and consolidated dashboard views

What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile and lets you do a lot of massaging of data through automated processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to set up or configure certain data types, but once you have them in it works well. There are also some nuances that are weird, like when removing duplicates not being able to specify which line to keep (newest, oldest, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining data from multiple desperate sources and giving them all a nice joined look and feel

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to handle data end to end (from connect to viz).
What do you dislike about the product?
not that much, we have pain on very advanced/specific features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to market very reduced. Advanced data transformation without requiring advanced tech skiils. Capacity to centralize multiple source of data.

Domo's items are very worthwhile

What do you like best about the product?
Originally we were trying to look for operating system for toggle switches. Something to make our data more efficient, but we tried to make something progress. We used a number of tools and just want to glean data from them. We found Domo then. Within a few years, our CRM database, web analytics, payment database schema and account setup database have been included.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a relatively costly product, but it does value it. The major point has been that a few of my news stories were last updated, so we're still going to try to identify the factors that contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen analysis techniques we hadn't seen before. Our service is understandable in a way we can never do with high efficiency, speed. Without the Dome now, we really don't understand what we're doing. It's great for our employment to increase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo has truly enabled us to take more informed decisions by incorporating data from several systems and business units. Our customers are very responsive to and always willing to support our team for the functionality of the system.

What do you like best about the product?
DOMO's data visualization tools are best in class. We have all of the visualization power we need at our fingertips. It makes story-telling with data easy for our organization. It is easy to provide access to employees and share relevant data wiith them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations in DOMO's ETL capabilities due to processing speed. Sometimes when new features are rolled out, there are issues with functionality that we were not aware of before we started using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing insights to help our executive team make strategic decisions in every area of our business. We also provide data that all members of our company need to do their job more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the application allows for a variety of use cases for our business. It's more visually appealing than a lot of BI tools out there but I think the biggest factor in selecting DOMO as our BI tool was that the data analytics process from beginning to end is made easier with the various options that DOMO has to connect to the data, ETL, and create visualizations. The mobile was also very well built and is constantly getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
While DOMO is constantly innovating and thinking of the next step it seems like they get ahead of themselves when rolling new features out. Often times if a problem or question is presented to them they can be quick to jump the gun and provide a solution to make an additional sale but the solution may not even be a production level application or is very buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a corporate level we're solving problems in regards to cash flow, consistent reporting on our portfolio, and creating efficiencies amongst each department. At a customer level our users have told us that they're solving problems in regards to minimizing over time and appropriate staffing as well as finding areas of opportunity to increase revenue.
