What do you like best about the product?
I like that Paessler PRTG allows me to monitor all server health checkups in one dashboard. It's simplified our monitoring process and automated tasks that were previously manual, saving us time and reducing the chances of escalation. Additionally, setting up PRTG was very easy.

I find the reporting feature needs improvement. It's too technical to understand.

The primary drawback of Paessler PRTG is that its vast array of features and extensive configuration options, while powerful, can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for new users or for those managing a smaller, less complex environment, leading to a steeper initial learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRTG is helping me shift from constantly reacting to problems to actually getting ahead of them. Because it constantly tracks device uptime, I know exactly what's going on and I don't risk missing crucial updates. I also love that I can instantly check internet traffic to spot performance issues or saturated links. The best part, though, is how often I get alerted to a problem—like a server that's starting to fail—and I know about the issue before the people on the site even realize anything is wrong!

There’s really nothing I can find fault with overall. Perhaps it’s just not possible, or maybe the option is hidden, but I do find it inconvenient that each group has to be created separately, which ends up being quite time-consuming.
