SMS Solution That Actually Makes Sense
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easiness and comprehensiveness of creating campaigns, A/B testing, setting up goals, exporting reports, and automation in the system. The most amazing part is that the team at Pipes was more than willing to be flexible for our exact use cases and they were even proactive in helping us understand and set up the necessary protocols with our complex proprietary process in the system. The best part of Pipes is not only the software that runs the campaigns but the people that are behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. The team at Pipes is incredibly open to feedback and feature requests, so there are a ton of new helpful features that were implemented into the system that supported our team to be more efficient. The customer success team is extremely invested in listening to your pain points and they can usually solve your issues a lot quicker than I have experienced with other vendors in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes is solving our remarketing and reactivation strategies to lift our conversion rates for our brand. It's exciting to see leads flow through the process, how they are responding to our campaigns, and identifying potential pain points. It's allowed us to be more agile in trying out different messaging and opened our brand's path to new strategies.
Simple and Effective Technology
What do you like best about the product?
I am in control of my system with Pipes. I can review the disposition of any lead I send to Pipes in real-time. The support is also amazing. The team at Pipes set up a slack channel and responds in real time. Truly remarkable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say at this point. The system could be slightly better at identifying errors when you create a flow, but that is such a minor issue that it isn't something I was even concerned with for more than 30 seconds. The very rapid support makes up for anything that you wish was designed ever so slightly different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipes is solving speed to contact consumers that are interested in purchasing insurance.

Pipes is helping us validate all of our data so we don't get stuck with any garbage leads. It's amazing I wish we'd done it sooner!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! These guys are awesome and I haven't found any flaws in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us save money by checking leads that flow into us real time. If we've received the lead or the data looks to be corrupt, they'll reject it on our behalf and we avoid a bad quality lead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think customer service is equally important as the product itself and that is one of my favorite parts about working with Pipes. They're always there for you if you have a question and don't make you feel stupid if you're not sure what they're talking about at times.
Amazing Autodialer/Lead Quality Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Pipes is an amazing Autodialer solution. I love that I get to manage it directly and that the platform is so user friendly. The Pipes team are amazing to work with as well. They are very supportive and willing help with new features and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I truly dislike about the platform. They are constantly building features and updating reports to make the tool even more user friendly and insightful than it is already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to leads fast is essential to any outbound sales team. Pipes gives us the ability to reach leads quickly, while at the same time checking for quality.

The team is always supportive, we use the product for several campaigns across marketing and product. The product puts the power of remarketing in our teams hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone on my team loves the product and team that supports us.

Two primary use cases is remarketing and customer engagement. The product allows us to pick up incremental sales from our current marketing spend reducing our costs. It also allows us to notify our customers of upcoming changes in the product as well as alerts and reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and intuitiveness of the software. It's also self-serve, which means I can update it myself without a developer. Support is top-notch as well.

Not much to dislike here. If you are doing anything with phone data, this is a must-have tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lead to Call Automation and the ability to follow up on leads without having to dial manually. We have an 81% connection rate on our lead to call automation. It is EXTREMELY user friendly and has video tutorials if and when needed.This is the second business i have worked for that used Pipes.ai and it has only been extremely beneficial. The support team is very responsive & has a very quick turn around time.

It's so easy to use. You can set up campaigns in just a few minutes and increase your contact and conversion rate immediately. Pipes offers useful insights and accurate data that help you identify opportunities to improve your campaigns. Everything in the system is fast and easy and the support is awesome. Whenever I had an issue or a question, I got a solution to my situation in a very short time.
