WP Engine Revved Up Our Website!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been on WP Engine for 3 years now. Before switching, our site was slow and was regularly hacked. It was incredibly frustrating. Since we made the switch to WP Engine, our site is always up and running -fast! And since switching, we have not been hacked. They are constantly working on our behalf to make sure our site is safe, speed-optimized and updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, we no complaints. Wp Engine heads off problems before we are aware there was anything to be concerned with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're an interior design firm. Our website is our primary touch point and photo heavy. If our photos lack resolution or load slowly, people leave our site. We've not had that problem since we've been on WP Engine.
Excellence, compromise, always doing the extra effort to solve any problem. Best technical expertise
What do you like best about the product?
The support service, both technical an commercial services are the best I´ve ever experienced in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from 10 to 25 users in the professional pack. I suggest there could be a more gradual offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full managed Wordpress web hosting, with the highest security and performance for the websites, and the best technical expertise to back me and my customers. I can focus on my business and what I do better, relying on the knowledge, expertise and best practices of WP ENGINE.

Dedicated WPEngine After 3 Months
What do you like best about the product?
Dedicated Server - moved over from HostGator and the performance is much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. More pricey than other options, but you get what you pay for which makes wpengine a good value for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running 50+ lead gen sites. Need secure setup with solid performance. WPEngine has provided that. Much less maintenance required on my part than I had to deal with with other hosts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good value despite the price. Great support when you need it. They take away the headaches of hosting so you can focus on your websites.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is truly remarkable! During migration of my websites, it was quite intense - thankfully since the months when I started, I rarely speak to the support guys much anymore, but its b=very comforting to know they are there 24/7 as I may need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - after many hosting provider relationships, this is where I will stay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have some customised software that was built in Wordpress - before switching to WP Engine, I was convinced it required an entire rebuild. After the switch it purred like a kitten ;)
Pricey, but well worth it for the right site/client

WP Engine is stable, fast and secure - which arguably are the three most important attributes in picking a hosting provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to achieve that stable, fast and secure environment, they do limit site owners from installing certain plugins that WPE determines will place an undue strain or weakness on their system. These are not fringe plugins, but mainstream plugins like UpdraftPlus.

Needed stable, fast and secure hosting. Got all three.

If your site needs the security, reliability and speed that WP Engine provides, and the monthly fee is within your budget, by all means go for it - provided that your plugins and other web services are allowed on the WP Engine platform - as some high profile plugins aren't.
WPEngine is the only hosting company I recommend anymore.
What do you like best about the product?
WPEngine's 24 hour support chat is one of the best support features they have. It's also great because there's very rarely any wait time to get a hold of someone. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and can help in almost any situation. Their Wordpress hosting is fast, easy and contains many incredible features and they have the best migration tools around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every know and then you get a support person who isn't as helpful as one would like. This is fairly rare though as mostly they are incredibly responsive (and people have bad days sometimes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I owned and managed my own hosting company for 11 years and once I extricated myself from that, I needed to find a place to host client websites. I would occasionally refer people to some of the cheap, bulk hosting companies that would be ok for a while, but then the sites would be so incredibly slow! In terms of cheap hosting, you typically get what you pay for. When I found WPEngine, I stopped sending clients to other hosting companies and now manage them on my Pro account which gives me much better control over my clients projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They may be a little more expensive, but in the hosting world, you get what you pay for. With WPEngine, you get a LOT for what you pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent user interface allows us to seamlessly manage multiple client accounts. Also, WP Engine's customer service is fast and helpful, and they are a terrific value for the service they provide.

We have yet to experience major difficulties with WP Engine, which is one of the reasons why we recommend them so highly.

We'd advise that you go through a trial period with WP Engine, you will find that its intuitive platform is easy to use and it's a good value for the investment. The more sites you manage, the more value you'll get from your investment in WP Engine.
The Best Wordpress Hosting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It doesnt get better than wpengine when youre looking to host your wordpress website. They make it easy to access all of your files, set up your website, and take care of all of your plugins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything that stands out to me about disliking wpengine but the only thing I wish that we had access to was the files in the backend, being able to go through a file tree and see all of the wp-content and other files would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We built a wordpress website for a client and using wpengine made it as easy as signing up, purchasing a plan, and setting it up within an afternoon of talking back and forth with our client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It might be in your budget to go with WP Engine and I would say DO IT. Going through other hosting providers is just messy and annoying to have to deal with, but WPEngine really is the best and easiest solution out there.
Best Support and Hosting Around
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, they are based in Austin. That's a win for me. I know most companies in Austin have incredible employees and they obviously do. Their support is impeccable. They fix issues extremely quickly and are so easy to talk to. Understanding and ready to help. Hosting has never been an issue with our big network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about WP Engine. Great hosting, great support, great everything.

Business problem: hosting with good support. Benefits: quick response time, massive hosting opportunities and easy to work with

What do you like best about the product?
I love that WP Engine has 24 hour customer support. I especially love that I can work on a site any time of day and have some one to chat with whenever I need it! They also help me with issues that are not even related to them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep but very much worth it. It would be nice if you were to add installs as you need them. They allow you 10 installs and the next package jumps to 25 installs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage websites for my clients on a safe server. WP Engine can also fix any problem that may arise any time of the day and you don't have to wait hours!

If you want to take all the worries and troubles out of your website hosting, this is the company for you! They take complete care of your site so you don't have to stress about it. I don't have to worry about spammers and viruses invading my sites. Customer support rocks. I love that the employees are so nice and go above and beyond to solve any issues you may have.
