simplicity is very nice, the app for android is so good.

nothing, I dont dislike nothing, for me its a good tool for my website

the problems resolved are: help customers to access to my services, email set up, hosting set up, and many others

I think freshchat app on android, is so cool, but sometimes I see its so slow, please review the app

The fact that is connected to Freshdesk, and that I can create tickets right from there.
The chat channels are also very innovative. They can really make the process of working on a team easier and make it less confusing and frustrating.

The profile pictures are stretched when uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat allows me to be more offensive, and more close to the customers than my competitors. Most furniture wholesale businesses do not provide live chat abilities.

This tool helps convert visitors into leads. Have been able to chat through their mobile app even when am not in front of my laptop.

Its a must have tool for all those who try to acquire customers through online channels. Very useful in converting visitors to qualified leads. This platform also acts as a support channel for your customers to report issues/ask queries. Strongly recommend.

We primarily use freshchat for customer support, we have improved our turn around times significantly

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simplest way to communicate with our customers over chat because people like chat rather than the calls, easy picking and having features like canned response makes it even better. Even you can see the user details and their properties. They help alot in identifying a particular user, their location and then provide them good support.

As I'm using this feature from past 3 months i didn't find anything to dislike yet.

Really easy to setup and get going. Support from the FreshChat team is excellent - rapid and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the small icon in the bottom corner could sometimes be missed. The ability to make this more prominent or add some text to it would be good.

We are in the process of launching a new global online platform and with FreshChat, we are able to allow our customers all around the world to contact our support team directly, even when the team are offline.

Simplicity and Design are two of the most life-changing features of Freshchat. The possibility to add Freshchat on your website and on a blink of an eye start supporting your precious customers.

Some issues, I believe Freshchat team is already fixing... In some cases customers won't receive supporters chat, and this can be a con for a while. But the tool keeps being an amazing idea, changing the way you interact with your customers...

The simplicity of Freshchat and the ability to break barriers when supporting a customer is the main reason why we'll keep using this amazing tool. Customers are in love with Freshchat since the beginning as they are supported really fast on a casual and simple way they are already using on their daily life on other private messaging softwares...
