Amazing platform to chat

What do you like best about the product?
The real time chat assistance given by freshchat is simply superb and the interface is very simple to understand which makes it very dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike in freshchat however I feel freshchat needs to implement the option to delete the test sent to customer by error. It can be taken as feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshchat helps us to communicate with multiple users at a time and thus saving time and increases the productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it interactive with the users and makes a loud notification sound to alert a users message.
I like how it has a section to make a selection on the users that have been attended to and those that are yet to be attended to.It makes it interactive with the users and makes a loud notification sound to alert a users message.

What do you dislike about the product?
With Freshchat it tends to not respond to users message immediately when sent. After users send their message and leave on returning to the chat it disappears and they are requested to type another message all over making it difficult and annoying for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fresh chat helps in ease of communication with the users and helps to keep up with the issues customers have with our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat has eased my work and ability to communicate with customers and also work hand in hand with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not dislike fresh chat other than some few updates that it would need from time to time.

It basically eases communication between the team and the customers

What do you like best about the product?
The web app interface is very user interactive & easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icons are kind of confusing but I do not dislike it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the user that use our tools face issue while processing an application , they raise the issue over freshchat & we get notified immediately & assit them in resolving the query.

Thus the end user i.e the client get timely resolution & that helps us in maintaining customer satisfaction.

Easy to navigate, simple layout, user-friendly

The fact that I need to click on the photos one by one instead of clicking one and the rest is automatically downloaded for me to view. Lagging, too.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that every teammate can have access to the chat that any member of the teammate is on. In that way, it foster teamwork and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that the mobile experience is difficult to navigate compared to the desktop user experience

The main problem it is solving is that it bridges the communication channel between users and producers as regards to the service provided to the users and producers are also able to get feedback as a result of freshchat

What do you like best about the product?
The features are convenient and easy to understand. It have many features which help me to provide timely service to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that freshchat don't have option to integrate the report in geckoboard which is a bit disappointing.

Freshchat is benefiting me in terms of replying my customers queries
