What do you like best about the product?
Allows is to easily manage our chat support with our customers and ticket raising is easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, it can be a bit faster and beautiful. Otherwise functionality wise it's awesome

What do you like best about the product?
Realtime support from the team and easy to inter act with the customers and understanding their concerns and queries

There is no dislikes so far. It is a best available CRM tool in the market

Realtime issues facing by the customers can be brought into our attention on a realtime basis and helping us to resolve the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Freshchat am able to solve the customer's queries and concerns highlighted through the app or website and provide real-time solutions so that there no hassles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue with the Freshchat is loading issues and sometime new chat will not be shown in assigned and old chats will disappear

We are able to solve the customers queries and complaints regarding to our services and interact with their needs and provide suitable resolutions, customers can chat with us anytime 24/7

Fresh chat is easy to acces and use it helps get connect in easier way . its is also a platforme to get connected made sharing easy .its is also good for keeping chat recordes

Some times there will be delay in time for showing the assined chats or converstation as this results in poor reply time it will be good if it gets fixed going further

What do you like best about the product?
Freshchat is used in many organizations where I have worked, and it is a really efficient way to use the feature because it is convenient, simple to use, and highly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Such problems don't exist in my opinion, and it really does reduce the amount of effort. In that situation, the Intelliassign is the best alternative because it is the best option in terms of work, as I will discuss below.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, it is one of the best option one organization could have, I personally prefer the Intelli Assign the best option, in my organization we used to sufer to reach out FRT but as per using the IntelliAssign is my personal favorite.

The assignment feature could be better. Sometimes the executives dont receive the chat, even if its closed.

This is one of the best platform for chat process. Its pricing and the support team works best.

Innovative user interface which helps in building customer satisfaction and to revert back on realtime which helps to build a long term business relationship..
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional Filters could have been included, in order to select the resolved count and allocated count for easy sorting and this definitely helps in fetching the data as required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the users on realtime updates and addressing the issues on realtime to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting the expectations and assiting users as per the query
