    Computer Software

Powerful and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
super intuitive, able to set up independently, great support when we need it, incredibly powerful and customizable, integration with outlook, easy to import data, easy to find the information I need with searching. the best part is that it meets the needs of our new logo sales team as well as our account management team. our new salesperson said "I've used Salesforce my entire career and this does all the same stuff, but it's much more intuitive."
we haven't explored much of the marketing or sales journey functionality yet, but expect to consolidate some of our other tools into what freshsales offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing we aren't loving so far is the task feature. we are used to a more kanban style board for tracking work and the task dashboard doesn't support this. We decided to leverage a pipeline and "deals" for these items we want to track separately from our actual sales opportunities.
if there was a connection for social media to LinkedIn we'd be able to get rid of another tool that we use to manage our social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consolidated information all in one place that everyone has access to. complete visibility into what is going on with current customers and new sales opportunities so nothing gets forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team helps every step of the way, with quick and objective answers to all our questions. It's an intuitive and easy-to-learn CRM. It's very easy to integrate.

There are some limitations to customization.

Cheaply-priced and does not require much customizations

What is our primary use case?

I use the solution in my company since we are interested in the application and all the activities that salespeople do. We track the email, then the appointment, and the feedback from the appointment. We schedule all the activities and then look at the sales process just to understand if all the activities are increasing in value if we have the information, the deal, and the technical requirements.

What is most valuable?

The solution's most valuable feature is its well-organized sales cycle, which is important to us.

What needs improvement?

The licensing costs should be based on the amount of data and number of clients that one can insert into the application. The number of clients in the tool is 500, which is less in number.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Freshsales for a month. I use the solution's latest version.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

At the moment, the tool functions quite well for our needs.

Around five people use the tool.

In the future, my company might plan to increase the use of the solution. Currently, all the sales people in our company use the product.

How are customer service and support?

I don't have any issues owing to which I need to contact the solution's technical support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not used any other solutions before Freshsales. We used a different solution, but it was made by our company.

How was the initial setup?

If one is difficult and ten is easy, I rate the product's initial setup phase a nine since it is an easy process.

The product is deployed as a SaaS solution. The cloud is provided by the vendor.

I don't know the time required to deploy the solution since my technical department takes care of it.

What was our ROI?

My organization has experienced a return on investment from the use of the solution. It may not necessarily be wise, but maybe any organizational value. At an organizational level, all of us can share information, we can have a dashboard for the monitoring of the activities and results.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Freshsales is quite cheaper compared to other products. If one is a very low price and ten is expensive, I rate the product price as a three.

I make monthly payments towards the licensing costs associated with the product. There are different licensing model combinations better available. If you go for the annual-based licensing model, then the tool can be available at a cheaper price. I think my company pays approximately 40 Euros for a license.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

My company chose Freshsales since we already use Freshservice from Freshworks for all the operational activities.

My company did evaluate Freshsales against the other products in the market, but it was done by our technical department. I think they have done a little benchmarking with other products. Freshsales has a good balance between price and capabilities, and this is a good product for us.

What other advice do I have?

I can tell others that it is a good product and it is perfect for medium and large-sized companies because the setup phase is fast, and you don't need to do many customizations apart from the configuration of the software, so you don't have additional costs.

I rate the tool a ten out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, I really like the amount of flexibility that they offer. Many customizable features an automations. The mobile app works well too. The support team was very helpful and friendly and respond in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing missing is a way to generate leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all the needs a business has when it comes to customer/account management. It also helps automate many processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is cleana dn easy to use.
there were way more features for a better price
Customer support has been the best i have expereineced to date.
We are going to look at further expanding to the different Freshworks suits as it works on better and you use 1 program instead of 2 or 3
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that stood out that i didnt like about the project. any problems that i couldnt fix was supported by the call centre
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to run our database through a system and that needed to tell us who to call and when, based on likely hood of getting a sales. in this, Freshsales gives a nice nudge to the Sales team after running our contacts through a sales sequence

We had a very robust list that was challenging to get it imported into the system, once a paid customer, some additoinal onboarding training would have been helpful.

Great Onboarding Experience and Customisable System

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was great, with an assigned Account Manager (Jasperin) and Technical Support (Viveh) to help me through the trial period and to test all the elements I wanted to use within Freshsales suite. The system is customisable and easy to work with and when the functionality wasn't there, Jasperin and Viveh taught me alternative ways of using the system to get the result I wanted. It is great to be able to make my own changes to the setup without having to seek support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The helpchat is a bit frustrating, with slower responses and them not necessarily understanding the problem. This has been resolved to date through emailing the Account Manager

Managing contacts and clients, email marketing, deal pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Freshworks is its easy to navigate User Interface.
It also does not involve a complicated set up which makes the onboarding and implementation very comfortable.

Some more automatic integrations and updates would have been really helpful
