Vertex for End to End Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Vertex Returns allows you to eliminate redundant processes and spreadsheets needed to consolidate your tax data and input it properly on the Returns. I also love that it tracks your changes and adjustments so you know what data you've adjusted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Vertex Returns allowed you to import transaction level detail rather than a consolidated summary by jurisdiction. I get a lot of questions that involve tracing back to the invoice number and I lose that visiblity by the time I've imported the data. I also wish that the Vertex Import Audit Report allowed you to filter by date along with username.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertex helps our company centralize our processes and streamline our data calculations and reporting procedures.
