Vertex Suport and Willingness to Listen and assist
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few opportunities to enahnce ticketing process to direct to correct team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate claculations for sales/use and VAT. Vertex Enrprise is helping consoldation info from various channels and optimized , efficient commplaince and audt support

easy to use. East to train other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when entering certificates some of the information doesn't save and you have to go back and fill in what didn't save. Time consuming.

Helping to to acuractly make customer accounts exempt correctly. Ease of gathering reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Networking, food, friendly staffs, the presenters are knowledgable. This is a great opportunity to learn tax and technology at the same time.

Help us to have the correct tax calcuation, tax rate, and other supporting tax information whenever we need to prepare report for analysis.

Vertex O Series is a robust product with flexible/custom functionality. Easy to use and their tax matrix with tax rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vertex Q is very manual and no tax matrix. Need to research all the laws before setting up.

It is solving over accruals and more accurate tax calculation.

Vertex has many tools to help taxpayers using SAP spend less time on compliance.

On occasion, support tickets can take longer than expected to be resolved when they need to be escalated to different teams. But overall, support is great.

SAP tax reporting is enhanced by Accelerator tools.

The Vertex application is versitle and constinently evolving for the medical device field.

The scrolling on the updated screen view is not appealing.
