What do you like best about the product?
It works great. Never had any downtime noticed, which is exceptional. You can also tie it to users. It also works on backend and frontend
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be cheaper. The number of projects in the basic plan is limited to 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
releasing features without fear in continuous delivery
Very necessary for experimentation oriented teams
What do you like best about the product?
When integration is done successfully, you are free to explore your hipothesis with the safety of a solid feature flag system. The best part of it is that all changes are imediate. You can select who will be affected by your changes and easily set them across multiple deployment environments. That really allow for great speed, specially if the whole business has the understanding that you can experiment without many risks! Deploying on weekends is no longer a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a price to everything, and LaunchDarkly will (fairly) charge you for the feature flags that you forget to archive. Of course, forgetting feature flags is bad by itself, so you will have one more reason to clean up after your experiments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Releasing features risk free, to selected audiences and allowing us to continuous deliver without worrying that our features or fixes can break production. It's also possible to integrate LD with a multitude of services, allowing you fine control over your deployments.
Houseware is a game changer! My time-to-insights has gone down from hours/days to minutes.
What do you like best about the product?
Time taken to analyse data & arrive at insights has significantly reduced with Houseware. It's very easy to use too and covers most of my use cases for product analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data attributes are not easily accessible unless you get them instrumented. That might pose a challenge when you have not fully set it up or add a new event on your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware helps you look at user funnels, track A/B experiments, user flows and a lot more. It helps me get a quick look at some data I want to check and get a directional sense before I dig deeper into analysing a problem statement.
Great tool for data visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create funnels, visualize them in various formats and look at different cuts of data. Highly helpful, and responsive team to help us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Adding new events could be more self serve

A super intuitive and useful tool for understanding users
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, intuitive and easy-to-use. Great support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain flows are hard to figure out and need some setup effort from the internal data teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware gives quick and sharp insights on ongoing A/B tests, funnels for different types of users, feature usage and more.
We use it a lot in order to ship fast and safely in production
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and implement feature flags in your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit strict being a per-user basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LaunchDarkly to release features in smaller chunks because we hide them under a feature flag. This allows for more rapid delivery without breaking things.
And even if stuff break we can always turn off the FF and use it as a rollback machnizem most of the time.

An excellent feature flagging system with a minor problem
What do you like best about the product?
Integration of the SDK for our mobile apps was relatively simple, and usage over the last two years has been excellent. We've used it extensively for featuring flagging as well as configuration items. Switching flags can't be done by accident, setting up a new project gets you a production environment AND a testing environment by default, and when a new flag is created, both environments get access to the flag (though the states are separate).
What do you dislike about the product?
User account creation and permission management are a mess. Our entire company uses it and each new user can see every single project within the console. I'd love it if users could only see the specific projects they have access rights to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launch Darkly allows us to ship features in an MVP state and try them out with small batches of users while we iron out the problems. It means we can ship faster and hide incomplete things behind feature flags.
Feature Flag - Move Faster by taking risk
What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarkly is mostly used for feature flag implementation for high-visible / priority projects. It enables us to move faster without worrying about the risk on Production. It is a handy tool for Server side implementation, and the team does not have to redeploy the code to turn the feature flag on or off. It can schedule the feature flag or enable access for only a few users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It stores essential secret key info, which might be visible on the client side and can be a security concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feature flag management - No need to redeploy the application code.
Continuous releases to PROD without taking much risk for the end user.

LaunchDarkly helps release features quickly and with confidence
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to turn on and off features easily without deployment, enable features for target users only, ability to do percentage rollout of feature and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
LaunchDarkly UI can have the ability to copy rules across different environments instead of having to write them for each enviornment manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to launch features without having to revert code or do another deployment. Also target users in Production env so can have confidence feature works as expected in production for small set of internal users before rolling to general public.
Exactly as advertised
What do you like best about the product?
You get your features in to prod behind a reliable system that makes it easy to show and hide them from all the right users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one painful thing is the clean up. They do what they can to help, but if you aren't careful and you are moving fast you end up with a lot of baggage in your code. Features you don't need flagged anymore are still only shown to users because Launch Darkly says it ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easy to put features in prod for a limited user base and prove they work well before releasing them to a larger audience.
