Some limitations around generic events else nothing as of now

What do you like best about the product?
Houseware is easy to use, very intituive and helps the user implement charts very easily, at one click. The flows feature of Houseware stands out, it helps analyze the exact user journey of users, and where they proceed from one event to the next. The houseware team was always available to help fix all issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The events that we need to use, have to be present on Houseware. So, we need to add them in advance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware helps me solve the user journey and understand where most of our funnel drops occur. Once you plot a chart, it becomes very evident on what we as a business need to focus on.
More and more useful as PMs get past the learning curve

Very helpful product for tracking funnels and user flows

It give a holistic view of user journey across different pages. Also the funnel views are very easy to build and track.

- not exactly a dislike but there is a scope to have few more features, which I guess they are already working on.

gives a complete picture on user funnels and flows. It makes product decision making easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Houseware helps product managers like me keep a good tab on their data on a daily basis. Through easy visualisations, charts etc, it makes the process of consuming, synthesising and leveraging the data very easily. Intuitive charts also means that they can be integrated into org vocabulary very easily.
The support provided over Slack or personally is amazing and helps augment the onboarding journey on the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the visualisations might lack the gloss and finish of other incumbents. However, this isn't a deal breaker and should be an easy solve for the skilled team at the helm of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware makes looking at user interactions on the app extremely simple. It enables me to transpose different metrics over one another, identify key weaknesses and present it effectively to all stakeholders for driving quick alignment. It is critical in increasing my leverage in day to day tasks and therefore, I am heavily reliant on it.

I have been using houseware to monitor new user behavior and optimise our onbaording and the ability to monitor all key events and slice and dice data in various ways has been very helpful Its also very ser friendly.

None that i can think of! It meets all of my needs as of now

All the frontend experiments we user only housewares which reduces a lot of time for me as an analyst I can just create a view and present it to PM

Improve the look and feel of the product making the design slightly more delightful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole journey of accumulation the requirements and taking the time of the data analyst to get the most basic data points was the issue I was facing. This used to consume 2-3 days of mine as well as of the data analyst. Now the involvement of the data analyst has been cut of for understanding the high level data needs.
It has been very good when analysing the trends and cuts and get "directional" insight.

When in need of very customised and absolute numbers, it becomes very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially plotting the complex cuts and funnels which takes a lot of time to fetch.
