What do you dislike about the product?
The new contexts structure is very slow and some times difficult to search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to enable non-developers to take control of features for customers, targetted user testing and stagger releases if required
Feature Packed and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
LaunchDarkly has always been easy to integrate into our code and comes with powerful features that makes it effortless for us to roll out new features. Their SDKs make implimentation a breeze and their customer support is always helfpul whenever we have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product grows, the admin interface gets a bit more complex. LaunchDarkly has a lot fo features so the adnim interface needs a lot of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced Google Optimize with LaunchDarkly for AB testing and it's been smooth. We also hide new features behind feature flags until they're ready to go live. This allow our code to be in production, even when it's incomplete. Once the feature is completed, we enable the feature flag and everything is live.

Targeting users with different functionality
Toggling made easy without redeployment
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I love about LaunchDarkly is that it empowers developers and stakeholders to apply changes to their application without moving it to maintainance phase.
Ex: You can have an application which runs trading of commodities, and if you want to disable it for certain users the you just go to your LaunchDarkly console page and just toggle the feature to off. As soon as you do it, it will be turned off for users. Now you can enhance the feature and then after enhancement you just need to enable the toggle. Thats it.

From Amplitude to Houseware: A Seamless Transition to Control, Savings, and Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Houseware provides powerful product analytics features like Trends, Retention Analysis, Funnels, and Flows. What I like most about Houseware is that it runs on top of a warehouse (instead of storing the data with itself), which aligns with our data and CDP strategy. Running on top of our Snowflake warehouse provides us unparalleled control over our data, addressing concerns around data residency and ensuring data security and compliance.
One of the most notable advantages is the significant cost reduction. We were able to cut our product analytics costs by over 50%, without compromising on functionality, making Houseware a cost-effective and powerful solution for our analytics needs.
Additionally, the onboarding experience was exceptional. The Houseware team went above and beyond, assisting us in setting up both Rudderstack and Snowflake. We were up and running within just one day, thanks to the personalized assistance from the Houseware team, reinforcing our confidence in choosing Houseware as our preferred product analytics solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Houseware excels in many aspects, it currently lacks some advanced features like Stickiness, Compass, and Anomaly detection compared to competitors like Mixpanel and Amplitude. Additionally, the current UI/UX isn't the most intuitive, and there's room for improvement. However, given the Houseware team's rapid innovation pace, it's likely that they will bridge these feature gaps and potentially surpass the competition in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Houseware is tackling critical challenges in the product analytics landscape. Unlike Amplitude and Mixpanel, which charge extensively for storing event data, Houseware runs on top of cost-effective warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery. This not only significantly reduces costs but also provides unprecedented control over our data, addressing concerns related to data residency and compliance. Houseware, in essence, acts as a powerful Retool for Snowflake in the realm of product analytics.

Useful but needs improvements
What do you like best about the product?
- The fact that it can be used for funnel and flows and can be used by users who are not that familiar with SQL
What do you dislike about the product?
- Doesnot suit my use case as my SQL queries are a mix of both front end event along with backend table so never got a chance to full fledgly use houseware
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I'm not able to get the benefits out of houseware much because like I said that my work requires backend information like how many players and responses were there in any game which is absent from Houseware right now
