Okta Customer Identify Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a single interface for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothin in particular stands out at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines access to applications and allows for a single sign on process.

Password resets never work.
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to work pretty well up until it forces me to reset my password.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am forced to reset my password it is a whole ordeal. The process is terrible, it doesn't work correctly, and I am always forced to raise a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have fewer things to log in to. However, the pain of resetting my password does not outweigh this.
Okta makes it seamless to login to important applications from anywhere, any device, any time.
What do you like best about the product?
Okta Workforce Identity keeps track of passwords for me. I can securely access all my important work-related applications from anywhere and any device. I like all of the authentication options as well, such as the ability to enter a code or receive a prompt within Okta Verify mobile app on my phone. I use Okta Workforce Management probably 5-6 days a week and sometimes multiple times during each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Okta Workforce Identity. I have no pain points with the app - it just works. I've never experienced any technical issues or bugs with it either. At the previous company that I worked at, we had to use complicated VPNs to access things remotely. Okta integrates with so many applications, it makes my life way easier when I am on the go traveling for work, working from home, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta allows all users to login to important applications in the most secure way, while also allowing them to access these systems from anywhere, anytime and any device. I benefit because I can work while I am on the go such as traveling for work or while I am working from home away from the office. It also makes for easy and seamless User Provisioning across the workforce. I have changed multiple roles within the company that I work for and its easy for the Admins to add me to new groups so that I can access all the tools I need for my day to day.

how fast the verification code changes even before ai am done inputting it on the system

It prevents identity theft and unwanted logins and intruders

It is helpful to consolidate all apps and logins in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a pain to get authentication to work, it also times out very quickly so sometimes you are stuck in a loop trying to get logged in.

Remembering passwords is a thing of the past!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of consolidating all of my different tools and platforms into one without having to worry about password management
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequency of which you need to continue to sign in (which is business dependent, so could just be a process my company has implemented)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to access a myriad of tools in a matter of seconds without having to change passwords or worry about forgetting them. Plus the security is top notch!
OKTA makes MFA a walk in a park
What do you like best about the product?
I use OKTA to setup applications for brokers. It lets me temporarily skip MFA as I set it up and makes my setups easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally havent had any hicups or any negative experience using this application and I use it everyday to accomplish setup of applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me access User accounts without having them login for me. Its easier and manageable. It makes my Job faster and efficient.
As a IAM solution, it fits the bill.
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple types of integration available, support documentation and knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not work with all websites, even when using custom setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a gatekeeper for majority of apps and websites and ease of use in monitoring/auditing logins.
Okta helps me make sure that my work accounts are safe.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Okta is its security feature itself. Okta has a feature where all of your tools are consolidated inside Okta and you can't access those tools without logging in to Okta. This feature made my life easy and my tools secured. I don't have to save a bunch of bookmarks to save my tools, everything is in Okta.
And guess what, I've been using Okta for years and in two different companies. This makes Okta one of the trusted tools for securing every tool and every work account!

I can't think of anything I don't like about Okta

Okta helps me make sure that my work account is secure and consolidates all of my tools in one place, all of them are inside Okta.
