Great security app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to approve requests from my homescreen and lockscreen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it needs to click “approve”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of using internal apps. Benefits is ease of usage.
Great single sign on system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use my personal mobile phone as an MFA device, and reset/unlock my password remotely. Automatic login to all of my work applications using SSO and Windows authentication integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's much more convenient than being tied to a hard token for MFA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service password resets and unlocks, no need to remember multiple passwords.
Don't worry about remembering your passwords ever again
What do you like best about the product?
having all my work apps int the same place and not having to remember any of the passwords is very convenient

I had to switch form a Mac to a PC and the plug in never worked again

having all my work apps in the same place saves me a lot of time, also not having to remember the passwords for every freaking app its very convenient

Easy to sign in from anywhere and easily view all the apps I need to use for work

2 steps intensification, and very secure. easy to use

small problem when you want to automate something but, it can be resolved with static IP

Access rights, its way better to do it with OKTA and push then with pass only

What do you like best about the product?
I have never had any problems logging in with Okta, it is a streamlined way to authenticate access for apps my company uses, and is a great place to start the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with the current functionality of Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta makes my workday more efficient. I do not have to remember passwords for different sites, or go through the process of logging into individual applications every day.
All In One - Easy Access To Every Business App
What do you like best about the product?
Since my company uses most of the apps within Okta, I can easily access each on without signing into each on individually. I use about 10 to 12 apps. They all in one place. I can even rearrange the apps according to importance. I never had any issues with Okta since we first started using the application about 5 years old.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain apps require you to sign in every time. For example, my language app is connected to Okta and I have to use a verification code every time I sign into the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimum hassle - able to sign in to all apps at the same time, user friendly, helps keep me organized at the job and I don't need to open a whole bunch of windows just to access my work pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When signing into other apps like the Rosetta Stone language app, can users stay signed in even when we click out of the app.
Perfect tool for streamlining passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Completely negates the need for keeping cumbersome password spreadsheets or other ways of tracking your credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced no downsides using Okta!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is so easy to update, it has made my worker so much quicker and less cumbersome. I am an institutional fundraiser, so I have accounts with many different application systems. Using Okta to save my credentials has been hugely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta is a critical tool for those with many online accounts, such as fundraisers. Has made my work so much quicker and easier.
Dead simple Single Sign On
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is great at helping out company manage authentication with various third party SaaS platforms. The app and browser plugin work as expected and never seem to fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date I haven't had a single negative experience with Okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time to on- and off-board employees has been greatly reduced. Our employees enjoy the benefit of not having to remember and manage passwords for various third party services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a simple, hosted Single Sign On solution then I recommend giving Okta a try. The app and browser plugin are easy to use and support has been great.
