Reliable SSO
What do you like best about the product?
On the user side, the okta rollout has been very smooth and while predictably there is an amount of upfront effort for users, once you have everything set properly it just works. The Chrome extension works great as well. I use it in conjunction with 1password and can't believe I ever used to type in my own passwords all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand sso is about security (amongst other factors), but I do feel it wants me to change my password more frequently than necessary. This may however be a setting set by our own admin - not sure this should be directed at okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure and reliable SSO for business apps. Makes everything easy to access - sign in once and you're all set.

Ability to use Okta in multiple devices. Extremely fast, trustworthy and secure product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about OKTA. Everyone in the company uses it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT is now available to manage all the access the employees around the world use.

Easily and Securely Login to All My Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Makes the login process of accessing different softwares at work much easier. I don't have to worry about remembering passwords and I don't have to waste time logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. This product works perfectly and saves me so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time logging in and logging in securely. Okta allows me to log-in with a single click to the softwares I use often. This saves me time and also allows me to not have to remember a million passwords.

Use Okta to simplify managing all of the softwares your workplace uses.
Okta Allows Me Quick Access To All My Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Okta is to use. I just log on, and then I have access to all the websites and apps that my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Okta will reject a password or make me create a new one for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly log onto my websites and apps without even having to open Okta! It automatically saves passwords and logs you on.

Okta has been great because it has made it easier for me to sign in to all of our various systems.

It can be a bit of a nuisance to verify every time that I log in.

Okta has simply made it easier for me to log in and get to work.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is so easy to use, I often forget it's even there, which is the way password systems are supposed to be. Its single sign on in the background enables me to log into our systems without having to manually type in a password with every log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
While good, it still requires me to do 2 factor authentication. I wish they added on their roadmap to use geolocation, so that if they knew my phone was close by to my computer, it'd automatically log me in

Try this out; it's an industry leader for a reason. Highly recommended.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is super easy to use and has a great interface. It is nice and clean. I am able to log in securely every time and I don't have any issues when I am using Okta. I have been using Okta for almost 2 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not anything I do not like on Okta's system. I use Okta as a Single Sign On and have not had any issues using it. I also use Okta Verify through my cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is making sure our employees log in to a secure network and nothing is compromised.
Amazing replacement for Active Directory
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes managing users and access SO easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If implemented poorly it can copmplete with other directory systems or HRIS systems as one of may "single sources of truth"

Okta has been a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
No need to keep track of multiple passwords is what I love the most. My company uses at least six sign on softwares, and it was a hassle trying to remember all the passwords. Okta has each program laid out, and the single sign on is a complete lifesaver. Okta is easy to use on both mobile and computer. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use it as easily on my cell phone, but I was definitely wrong! Okta is so simple, and useful...I absolutely love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It always asks "do you want okta to remember you on this computer/device," when it comes to signing into my email. I always hit yes and do not ask this again; however, it still asks. That is very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to remember the multiple website addresses and passwords that I need to access my programs...everything is laid out and available with just one click. An added benefit that I've realized is that user support is extremely helpful, and fast, with helping users resolve issues. I've contacted them and received a response within the hour.

It may seem overwhelming at first glance, but it's really very simple. It will save you a lot of time and energy.
