how did we survive without Okta!?
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes SSO so easy! I cannot think how I would do my day to day work without Okta - I can easily access all my company's tools through one single log-in. It's truly so wonderful to have!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I currently dislike about using Okta - it makes everything so easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to log in to every single app that my company uses. I have one log-in with my organization, allowing me access to all my different accounts. I can click "single sign-on" to easily access it as well. The setup process was very seamless as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Download the mobile app!

What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with the integration between Okta and Microsoft active directory. Via this integration, we have found it easier to manage application and security protocols within my organization and delegated user / identity authentication ,user deprovisioning and provisioning .
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had colleagues complain about the visual element on the Okta mobile application not being very intuitive and visible. Perhaps, this experience is device specific but my own experience with the Okta mobile application has been okay.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a personal experience, Okta has made it a lot convenient to securely access multiple software applications, without needing to remember different usernames and password or their updated variants. Oktas two factor authentication protocol has provides me with secured and seamless login to most applications I need access to.
One of the best SSO solutions on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a fantastic tool that makes Single Sign On to applications a breeze. Apart from eliminating the need for application passwords, we use Okta in combination with Active Directory to manage identities and define security policies. I find Okta to do a very good job of syncing very quickly with new AD changes and reflecting them in the Okta portal. What I like the most is that the software works very reliably and without many glitches as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Okta! Configuring a new application for SSO might be a little daunting and complicated. There are a lot of moving parts when you add a new application to Okta and it might take some troubleshooting to configure it properly in case you get something wrong. It would've been nice if the process were more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Okta for an SSO solution and password manager. It saves a lot of time when you try to log in to applications. With Okta, we've also enforced 2-Factor Authentication across the board which improves the overall security of our systems.

The best thing is no need to enter an authentication code. You can directly click on Yes I'm. It automatically verifies our web app or software.

One Stop Shop!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my applications are accessible in one location. Okta allows users to use the single sign-on feature, allowing users access to their application by inputting their username and password at once. Okta also allows IT the ability and control to give users access to specific applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not too fond of the mobile app's visual features. Depending on your mobile device, the optical elements can be small and hard to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta solves the problem of users forgetting their usernames and passwords for the many applications needed to do their job. Okta also has a two-step authentication feature that helps secure the user's privacy.
Easy to Access Safely
What do you like best about the product?
It is organized wth data. I heard about this program through a job and have been using it everyday ever since. I mainly use Okta to get access to the learning portals and take the assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it can bring other software programs into the system and make things look cluttered. It can hold a lot of information and make the screen look overwhelming with all of the programs it brings. I use Okta just to get the learning programs finished on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve problems with Okta such as not having an overwhelming page with different programs. I have realized that it is easy to access. I just provide my login information and I get access to all of the other programs that I need to access for the day. It is easy to use for accessing other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the simple and easy-to-use design and layout. My initial reaction is faster load times and a much cleaner interface.

There are no dislikes to report at this time.

The benefits with Okta are keeping projects and tools organized with a clean and easy-to-use display.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
This saves me so much time- I can sign in once, and access a variety of apps/programs for my company. It makes accessing what I need extremely easy. I don't have to keep signing into things all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides to using Okta. Sometimes I have apps on it that are not needed, but that was probably put there by my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time and efficiency problems with Okta. Passwords and signing into things can be so frustrating, but Okta makes this easy and streamlined.
Password Management made SO simple
What do you like best about the product?
Okta prompts you to save all of your business and personal passwords and offers a singular dashboard to launch each of your frequently visited websites. The large tiles and search function makes it easy to quickly find what you need and log into the site in seconds. If you update a password, it automatically prompts you to save the new one. I use Okta every single day, all day and have for years. For increased security, you can also have Okta recommend and remember complex and detailed password. This prevents you from using too many similar or (gasp) the same passwords between sites. I love the fact that I can trust Okta is keeping all of my passwords safe and I don't need to write them down anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Okta except specific sites, like banking, that require multi-factor authentication do not work well. Everything else flows very easily. I wish I had access to an affordable family/personal version as we REALLY could benefit from one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I access a lot of sites for work and personal use each and every day. I got into the habit of using similar patterns for passwords in order to remember them all, which is a risky practice. Worse yet, I was writing some of them down near my desktop. A very bad practice. Okta solves BOTH of those concerns with an easy to use web-based solution.
