That extra layer of security is always good!
What do you like best about the product?
Works seemlessly across multiple platforms, instant notifications on phone and instant access provided. Use it everyday to login yo my work computer and love the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yo dislike, always worked great for me. Although, when you reset or change your phone, you have to ask IT to set it up again which is okay overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that It has multiple systems, one just one system, and that it is so convenient to operate and also makes life so easy on the dialer,but most of all it makes it so easy to make use while on the dialer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometimes if you don't have all your systems opened it does not allow you to open some pages

I use okta as the primary system to solve customers tickets and also to do activities related to my job occupation

What do you like best about the product?
Okta has always been easy to use. Whether it comes to integrating applications, onboarding users, or working with their Okta Expression Language, it usually makes sense in 90% of situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10% of situations that are muddy. Why is there no way to bulk import a list of users to a group? I need to either do an API call that contains all of the Okta user ID's OR create a dummy application, import those users via CSV there, then create the group, then import the users to the group from that application. It doesn't seem necessary to have these extra steps.
Also, the Okta workflows are insanely confusing to digest on the first few passes. Even with the videos. Some things are much easier for me to understand if I were to code from scratch.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've integrated over 40 apps into our organization with Okta. We currently use it to manage the lifecycle of our users. Okta handles our MFA and password management. It streamlines the entire process of managing cloud applications and user accounts in our org.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best in its class, but the cost may be a bit higher than other solutions. While it's worth the value, budget considerations may come in to play.
Okta is an incredible app I use multiple times per day to access the tools I need to complete my job

Help with SSO/the ability to automatically sign into various apps throughout the day.

Nothing! I've never had any issue linked to Okta.

The requirement to remember various passwords and the time it takes to sign in/find my sales tools on my laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
OKTA is a very helpful app as it keeps all my needed apps in one place and I only have to log in once to gain access to my other apps that I need to complete my days work. It groups all the apps that i need and makes sure that the apps I use and need are fully functional I rarely have a problem with Okta
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the fact that after a while of having Okta open, it will automatically close itself off, which means you will have to log in once again using your credentials. It can be a strenuous thing to do, especially if you have a customer on hold and want offer a resolution and you have time wasted by trying to log in to OKTA as the log in you had done beginning of shift has timed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It groups all the necessary apps that are needed for me to work effectiently and complete a days work without any hassles. You just log in once to gain access to the other apps like Zendesk, Axonify amongst other apps that are used by my company. It works effectively and I rarly have any issues with using OKTA, it is easy to log in to and it even easier to use and plays a huge role in my performance as an agent as I don't have to worry about Okta or any of the apps within Okta not working.

I like the ease of having everything you need consolidating into one place, and being able to organize things which are more likely to use opposed to least likely to use.

Nothing, I absolutely love this software and the ease to navigate through current apps, and the simplicity to add a new one to the menu. There also isn't any ads which is

The benefits are far more than the problems. I've been able to go to my regular sites that I use and be able to just click a button to get there rather than typing the link.

Can add different working tools to one application, can also be plugged in on the device.
The app needs user authentication for logging , so it is safe to use even if it is shared between users.

It continuously times out, so you may need to log in several times in a day.
Some apps require the Okta browser plugin to work and may need to reset the password for those apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta has a great feature where you can add all your important apps to one software such as ujet, customer admin, and retailer sites and this is very helpful when working, there is absolutely no software better than this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes a bit difficult to add some of the retailer sites on it as it takes days to save, it would really help if this could save it much quicker for effeciency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Okta I am able to do my job very efficiently as it includes all the tools that help me when assisting customers and resolving queries therefore great results are showing because of this.

If you would like to achieve great results for your company, OKTA is the best software for success it has great features that will make your working environment much easier.
Easy-to-use SSO/MFA Provider
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes it easy to log into any site that accepts its SSO credential (most sites/platforms do). Mobile access also makes it a breeze. I have used other SSO providers in the past, and Okta is by far the best I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Okta. It is very straightforward to use, and as is the case with any busy worker, the less time one spends navigating/logging in is, the more time they have to be productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta increases employee productivity/overall user security by providing a safe and secure method to log into any company platform as needed (again, so long as that platform supports/integrates with Okta). No need to remember passwords or navigate to login pages; it is all very straightforward with SSO.
