One log in for all your organizations services
What do you like best about the product?
If you work for a large organization. This tool is a must, one stop shop for all your applications and accesses with one password
What do you dislike about the product?
The two factor authentication can be an issue if you every loose your two factor device or change your number. This can then lock you out of your applications and organizations network
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one password and applications acces through one portal helps users stay on top of all softwares. It's easy to see what you do have access to. And you don't have to create separate accounts for each
Okta is great for everyone! So easy to setup
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and easy to use. The installation on my phone only took 10 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do no thave any specific dislikes that I can describe to you at this time. Thank you.

Confirming that software is being accessed on only authorized hardware equipment.

Authentication is easily done with my phone- once logged in, all of the apps I utilize are housed in one place.

Getting a new device can be challenging to set up for authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure login to many platforms. When adding new technology to my workflow, my IT team can easily grant access via Okta.
An amazing platform for collecting bookmarks and providing login security
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Okta has all of my company's links conveniently collected. I also love that the links can be organized in different folders. The platform is very helpful and simple to use. It also integrates one-click login which makes things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike about Okta. The only thing I would request is a dark mode feature as sometimes I like to work in the dark and the computer screen hurts my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Okta prevents the need of storing bookmarks in Google Chrome and remember countless passwords. Because of Okta, I'm able to access my company's information quickly and securely.
Easy log in for the new MFA world
What do you like best about the product?
MFA is becoming more and more essential and needs to be easy. Okta allows the log in experience to our different platforms to be easy and quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all MFA software, it does require a verification from a mobile phone, so if you don't have your phone near by, it may prevent you from authenticating. It would be helpful if there was a workaround but understand that affects the security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-Factor Authentication is here to stay, so it's important to have a secure option that is easy to use. Okta does that for us as employees to get logged in quickly and stay productive!
Okta makes everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to log into our programs with one password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the face recognition doesn't work and the process thru the phone can take much longer

We don't have to worry about remembering multiple passwords and can log it into every application and website from Okta

Highly recommend all companies to use Okta. It's very beneficial!
Security at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Okta ensures platform security by requiring two step verification for all systems I use internally. Combining that with strong passwords, my data feels impenetrable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the security is amazing, it can sometimes be tedious to have to log in several times in a day. I'm sure there is a way to log in once and be remembered but I haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Okta to solve a problem of how to keep lol data used across several online softwares secure. You can't rely on individuals to take all required security measures for their data, so Okta solves that for us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be sure to use in tandem with a security sign in like google-authenticator

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very user friendly Ui with it's tiled apps and simple but beautiful aesthetic. I love that i have one login for multiple sites!
What do you dislike about the product?
Times out rather quickly. I wish we could set times for it to stay logged in.

Having to remember multiple passwords across multiple sites and apps. It is pretty great!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Okta continuously improves its user interface and security protocols. Recently, I’ve found the adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) and the integration with mobile biometrics (like fingerprint and Face ID) to be particularly efficient. These enhancements make the login process both secure and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core functionality is strong, I believe Okta could improve its admin dashboard by offering more granular real-time analytics and easier customization options. A simplified way to monitor login trends or failed attempts across integrated apps would be helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is hardly anything that I do not like about Okta SSO Software. When I thought very hard, I could think of the initial setup complexity, and it was a little expensive compared to the competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to introduce Okta in our organization as a SSO solution. We did ran a beta phase and received quite a positive feedback in the daily use of our org services by our employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. It will save a lot of time and make the single sign-on process very easy. Also, it is very simple and intuitive to use.
