What do you like best about the product?
The UI of this tool is one of the best in the segment and makes it easy for every user. Very quick and less challenging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extension needs bit improvement for easy access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping our every single software in one place and user don't need to worry about their credentials any more. Okta does that job and makes it very smooth

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Okta is very secure, and seamless, and I don't have to sign into multiple places. Okta helps me securely store all that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislikes. Okta will have you re-verify your credentials every 14 days, but mainly for security purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app is amazing, it helps me save a lot of time from logging into multiple websites and keeps my information safe and secure. It also is great because it connects with so many platforms.
All in One Login Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all tools open upon login of the tool. It makes life easier so all you have to do is log-in when you start your day, and everything is open.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to log in to the tools manually after creating the Okta link, although this is not a major issue except when it comes to some developers mobile applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More secure password and SSO management for all of the sales applications we use. It helps us from having to remember 100 passwords that all have to be changed regularly.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to access applications needed for my job. A few clicks and puff, we're there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see a more colorful layout and the option to toggle between dark and clear themes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to keep my work environment secure thanks to Okta's authentication and also on Twilio's workplace I can find all of the apps needed to complete my daily duties.

User friendly, practical and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Saving all my passwords and centralizing all of my work tools is incredibly clutch and makes my life much easier in general, not to mention that it's safer for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you least expect Okta asks you to do a new authentication and it's usually not at a convenient time. Also, if you lose the device in which you have Okta Verify, it's incredibly inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta takes care of all of our 2 Factor Authentication procedures, and allows us to have our apps, platforms, etc centralized in one place with all passwords saved and safeguarded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having Okta verify in more than one device can make your life much simpler if you lose one of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The browser plugin makes logging in to all the different tools we have super fast and easy. Eliminates the need for an excess of multi-factor authentication devices or apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure if there is much to say here. The integration and mapping can be a bit unwieldy at times. Okta certification courses and exams are quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing extra tools and overhead by consolidating various identity and access management tools into one central tool. In the future this will also encompass server logins with Okta ASA.

Okta is a great product that gelped in controlling one platform for logging into multiple applications.Easy integration with all other applications to track the logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
No proper documentation available for implementation in multiple cloud environment.

Okta has helped us track down logins using single sign on functionality.Easy Integration with all applications is yet another feature.Easy Customer support available for implementing the same.

There is nothing I dislike about this product i.e. OKTA. I'd definitely suggest it to everyone.

All apps at my disposal at a single place and and a single click away, only. Makes my life easier!
Makes everything much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to remember passwords. My company uses dozens of web tools, all with their own password requirements. OKTA makes it easy to get through the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I feel like it takes too many logins per day but other than that, the service is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It increases my productivity by having all my apps in one place on the home screen and making it easy to access all of them.
