What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a very user-friendly app. I have it connected to my phone and the Apple Watch, and I have never had any issues using it.

Haven't encountered any issues; there's nothing I dislike

I use it as a two-factor authentication tool. Great for security

What do you like best about the product?
I do not have to bookmark all my favorite or most used apps to my web browser. Okta has all my apps in one single place and is easy to maneuver and use to look for and download more apps
What do you dislike about the product?
THe single sign-on is a bit of a process but nothing too difficult to use. I also have run into technical issues which did not allow me to open up certain applications dire to my job is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all my most used applications in 1 single place and organizes my apps to the most used. Having the market place to download new apps also lets me be more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The best is its single sign on which enables you to sign in to your network. This also verifys the right user identity for registered user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in specific which I would dislike.

Sometimes this might not work due to low network bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a secure place where I can access my applications securely and safely with two-way or many authentication processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before, I used to type the okta verify code on the pc by looking into the okta verify application on the mobile. When the code used to change very fast, and it used to be soo irritating to me, but they had recently updated so that easily the code will last for at least one and a half minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a secure place for access to confidential and secure applications in a straightforward way.

Unifying all company apps' authentication under one umbrella - we don't have to have different passwords for every single app, and we can authorize access on our phone pretty easily

Very easy and straightforward to use with good extensibility for authorization.
What do you dislike about the product?
OKTA org authorization lacks ways to verify JWT tokens by ourselves; we have to submit the obtained token to OKTA to check whether the token is valid.

Best Identity Management Platform around!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is great for identity management and identity sourcing (being able to know what software are being used) - we especially love the use of SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta can sometimes be a little touchy on the backend which can sometimes cause concerns across the company or processes get delayed because of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is enabling our users to be able to self serve, create specific passwords that meet the security requirements set by the IT team, and create password security.

I like that I can keep all my business tools I use in one easy to find spot

When anyone gets a new phone, setting up OKta Verify is a pain
