Easy access control to different plataforms
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Okta is the simplicity of controlling all the access from different platforms allowing and controlling those access to keep control of every single platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to identify how many platforms have access /or how many times a user has accessed it in a certain period.

Okta Workforce identifies and solving many issues in terms of logging and controlling how many devices are connected in different devices per person across all the departments form the organization

Okta is one of the best choices for Identity Management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about the platform is how refined and polished everything is, from its interface to customer service. It is very user-friendly but has great depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation could have been way smoother. More care could have been taken on our part, and Okta's part of making certain specific criteria was checked before moving forward in each implementation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Identity Access Management was almost nonexistent. We did not have the proper tools in place and did not have the right personnel in charge in this area. Okta was a great management solution at the time and integrated with what we already had to make the process extraordinary.
Amazing switch
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Okta is very secure and it does require authentication to get into apps, and then also that you don't have to keep logging in every time if you have been using the app throughout the day. Also love the app dashboard and how it keeps all your passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont particularly like Okta fast pass as it doesnt properly work for me and will keep rerouting me to google authenticator which I feel like is not really a "fast pass" in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having all the sites bookmarked and having to put them in folders. I am able to access everything I need within my company with ease by using the platform.
Okta is a great security tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use okta verify for login access management for students and employees. Being in this business sector, privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. The push and one-click access approvals to verify the business users is an excellent feature of the okta verify tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the push notification is delayed, we try to log in with the code on the application. Still, the time-frequency of the code is exactly the duration, and if we enter the code and by the time it changes, it won't allow you to log in, and you need to enter the new code again; they can add some buffer to the duration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Okta tool for user access management and to keep the integrity of our devices at the organization level.
The users are easily verified for the platform they use and gives a better security level.

It's simple to log into any apps. Just one click.

Sometimes doesn't work, and is difficult to request new applications be put into the catalog.

Being able to have one log in to every single app.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using okta for the organization it gives me all organization apps in one dashboard. I can log in with all apps with single okta login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime okta login there is approve request on my mobile phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time okta login there is approved the request on my mobile phone, One day my network was down, at that time I logged in with the okta code.
Good SSO app for a company

nothing really, as my workflow using Okta was simple:
- login using mfa
- open other services from okta dashboard - like loggly, instana, etc and I'd be automatically logged into them
never had any problems and it worked fine

There is nothing to dislike about Okta. My challenge was that there was a little bit of a learning curb transitioning from MS products.

Okta WI ticks off a lot of the boxes all systems should do.
Okta allows the creation of an SSO app; if not found in the marketplace. This is particularly useful when automating processes.
Okta WI has allowed our company to go Passwordless and use biometrics to sign in. This is a much safer factor.
