What do you like best about the product?
I do like okta cause it helps us a lot when it comes to the security of our personal computer from cyber attacks it helps us to secure our credentials and files
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything in okta cause it helps us a lot when it comes to the safety of our files

Problem from cyber attacks and it benefits us to a secured workforce

Great addition to our suite!
What do you like best about the product?
We use SO MANY apps and programs here... OKTA truly allows us a one-stop shop for SSO. I use it every day and rarely run into issues. It saves me time and enables us to keep our platforms secure and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't have anything negative to say about Okta. It helps me do what I need to do every day. If I had to say anything, I would say it can be a pain if something goes wrong. Generally, we need to contact IT if something is wrong, and it can take a bit to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use what feels like a million tools. Okta helps keep everything in order and gets me into every program with the click of a tile. No passwords. No Login screens. Just directly into the tool. Saves lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an application I love since many apps can be integrated into one spot; keeping your information/password in one place and signing in with one log in for all your apps saves you time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's loading very slowly, and logging in multiple times even though the code is correct or you approved sign-in; not sure what's the issue though!

What do you like best about the product?
All apps needed are now on one platform. I don't have to get different apps or websites to visit to use for my work. This will help a lot in organizing my desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
Never encounter problems in Okta; everything is plain and simple. It won't complicate my daily duties and allow me to customize what the essential app should show on my home page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes my computer files, especially using it every day will be challenging without the help of this platform. This is the first one-stop platform I encountered; it was awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything has been simple since my company integrated Okta into our regular operations. Because Okta saves everything, there's no need for me to type in my password each time I log in or to be concerned about security breaches. Because it has a plug-in, you can log into other programs without having to navigate to another website and sign in, which makes it even more convenient. Furthermore, since it only requires one login session, you won't need to sign in again each time you switch to another program. The phone's software has an attractive, contemporary user interface and responds to authentication queries quickly. Your personal websites that make use of multifactor authentication can be added to it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest, there are none. And for that reason, my organization has used it in a variety of applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The simplicity of usage is one of the main advantages of Okta. I can easily find the programs I need because to the user-friendly and intuitive UI. I value the ease with which I can look up and quickly locate the apps I require, and I also consider it useful that I can alter the dashboard so that it only displays the apps that are pertinent to me.

I love how so many apps can be integrated into one spot, really makes working with different software easier. I also like that I don't have to sign in to multiple software
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the security measures of Okta. I understand that they are trying to protect our data, but it gets too much when I have to login 5 times a day with an OTP code or a fingerprint scan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had many software/apps that we needed to access, but making so many passwords was a hassle and restricted free-flow access. Okta has really helped us by being a one-stop station for all our workstations.

I have no idea on what problems Okta has but for me it is a good CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It has an easy to use Mobile app that allows for notifications to authenticate access, the response time is quick, and it's easy to manage access for different applications through the app
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to integrate with other products and may require a custom connection but overall there aren't many cons for the tool- it does its job well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage access to different applications, authenticate users when trying to sign on and assign different roles and permissions based on business need for users
One convenient tool for quick log in on multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Working remotely comes with a lot of password security, a lot of log ins and a lot of clearing cache so it's been amazing to use one platform to log into everything and it's also great to let go of the infinite list of bookmarks and shortcuts I need everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to point out at this moment because it has worked perfectly for my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working at a tech start up in a fully remote environment means there are a lot of platforms with a demanding security protocol so having Okta as a single sign in platform has been very helpful.
Best SSO Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Okta has a large list of applications that it can integrate with which is a big plus. This list is constantly growing. Also, the ease of using it from a user perspective is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of integration with each application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users with SSO and helps the process of access revocation seamless and effortless.
