What do you like best about the product?
Okta is Best for SSO and MFA with enhanced security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is difficult to implement. It is expensive as well.

Single sign on. I can access multiple account with single SSO.
Okta: A Highly Versatile Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, I have worked with Okta across various companies, and I must say that it is honestly one of the best SSO solutions on the market. Not only is it user-friendly with a modern interface, but it also boasts high security standards and supports working with thousands of users simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a need for more tutorials on Okta to fully develop its potential. Additionally, the cost is quite high, especially for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, we use around 15 different tools. Having a Single Sign-On (SSO) system really helps as it allows me to access everything without having to remember so many passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use mobile app. Simple user dashboard to monitor and control all authenticated apps and services. Option to add multiple 2F verification like a physical key.
What do you dislike about the product?
SDK support can be extended to newer programming languages and documentation can be improved for SAML based SSO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise SSO and 2F authentication.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Okta Workforce Identity’s seamless integration capabilities with our existing systems, providing robust and secure identity management across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generally satisfied, I find that Okta Workforce Identity’s user interface could benefit from some simplification to enhance user experience, especially for less tech-savvy users.

This improves user productivity by reducing login complexities and enhances security by enforcing centralized access controls across our diverse range of applications and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and usability of the platform makes it easy for both users and admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It amazes me that some of the platforms haven't created point and click applications. There is always a way to make it work with the protocols, but other platforms need to get on board.

Easy to onboard, provision users and offboard users.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform. The team has been extremely happy with the prodcut so far and end user have expressed the same opinion

There is nothing currently I have ran into that could be a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The move from on-prem solution to a cloud solution was the primary factor. OKTA also has been a product that I have worked with before and understand its capibailites
Its like all applications in one.

I absolutely love how this product allows me to easily view all of my applications. The organization is simply fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say, I can't seem to find any downsides to this product. In fact, I see it as a truly helpful and beneficial product.

Our new system now conveniently combines all applications in one place, saving you valuable time. No more searching through multiple platforms.
