Vesatile and compehensive platform with a wide range of features.
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like a lot about SnapLogic IIP is its comprehensive expression language, along with the possibility to use jsonpath syntax for manipulating data. Additionally I enjoy the active community where users can find solutions to most problem, and when no solution is available in the community, most of the time a SnapLogic employee or other contributer can help solve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing really is that there are no proper "ticket" system when raising an issue to the support. In my opinion it would be good to be able to reference a ticket ID or something like that when you communicate with support or the partner manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us move large amounts of data from ERP to data warehouse in a stateless and fast way. In addition it gives us the opportunity to create reliable app to app integrations with relative ease.
Versatile and capable, expensive and lacking some features
What do you like best about the product?
It is very versatile product, easy to get started and create integrations with many different systems and integration platforms, cloud and on premise solutions.
Time to market is very respected among the business representatives.
Very good possibilities to bridge cloud and on-premise infrastrucutures.
Stable products, having nodes which are headless is a benefit during implementation, easy to scale and move nodes if needed.
Extensibility with custom snaps is also positive where partners can expand with new functionality.
Customer support comes back in a timely manner and helps to resolve issues and provide patches.
We use the product for many different integrations continously, business critical flows are running well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Structuring objects in pipelines and tasks is not effecient for integrations, it is good for API based flows.
I would prefer a possibility to structure having each integration in an "agreement" which could hold together detection from input channel polling, transformation steps (pipelines) and possibly send/output steps.
In the current setup we have to construct message queue consumers, file pollers and other input channels in pipelines which are either continously running and allocating a lot of resources and slots (due to many sub pipelines in the flow) or executed on schedules.
It would be good to break out and add possibility to have lightweight input channels which can consume from all the possible sources (maybe based on pipelines) and then route the data picked up in to specific agreements/integration pipelines based on detection rules.
I would prefer to have more support for unit testing of pipelines, such as creating test cases for pipelines or parts of pipelines which could be used for validating after changes are done to further strengthen safe deployments in to production.
It is a bit slow to process and develop, we have long processing times of validations which is not very effecient during development.
Further strengthen the integration with git and other source control.
Enable support for backing up data outside snaplogic in the solution.

Awesome and eaasy to work
What do you like best about the product?
easy drag and drop options for connection across different system and easy to implement and migrate to higher environment .
What do you dislike about the product?
customer support can quickly drag the logs instead of us sharing the log
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transfer of huge data from one system to another
Snaplogic - Best Cloud based ELT system
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration with multiple cloud systems and on premise system . Helps in data integration process
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more extra functionalities related to statistical analysis and analytics like in Altryx .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Integation and statistical analysis
Snaplogic Platform user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor all the pipelines and integrations across project spaces. Easy to use and navigate. Whenever need a help regarding some support ease to contact the customer support and getting in time response.
Integrating pipeline changes/deployments more than often is quite sound.
Integrating pipeline changes/deployments more than often is quite sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far did not came across any drawbacks. Just the new monitor could be better in user experience. Since a dashboard has raw and everything in place to easily navigate and troubleshoot things. Whereas, monitor seems a bit less user friendly. Could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To locate precise errors in the tasks when stopped or errors. Also, to determine the root cause of problems in any project spaces which helps in providing proper support to clients. Deploying changes into snaplogic seems easy.
I utilise Snaplogic on behalf of clients every day to monitor their integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
When building integrations, I appreciate Snaplogic will use pattern recognition to suggest following snaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes, their dashboard UI is missing some basic features, suching as column manipulation. I would like to be able to extend certain fields. There are also other features I would like to see which would allow me to filter better dependant on the success of the pipelines execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we see a lot of clients utilising snaplogic for big data systems transformation, and order processing between ERPs to 3PLs.
Seamless Data Integration with SnapLogic's Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SnapLogic's IIP offers seamless data integration with an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
SnapLogic lacks detailed error messages, making troubleshooting difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic IIP helps us streamline data integration and API management across various systems. It solves the challenge of connecting diverse applications, both cloud-based and on-premise, by providing a centralized platform for seamless data flow. This simplifies our integration process, reduces manual effort, and improves overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the platform's API management capabilities ensure secure, scalable, and efficient API deployments, benefiting us by accelerating development cycles and enabling better data governance.
Reliable, efficient and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about SnapLogic is the fact it is a web based browser meanig everything is centralised. The user friendly interface makes it easy to follow the logic process within a pipeline and making implementation of code easy to undestand. Their customer support is amazing as we get quick response times from anyt tickets that we raise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the behaviours of pipelines are unexpected, the hanging pipelines are difficult to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem SnapLogic is sovling for us is easily connecting two diffrent endpoints whilst maintaining consistent transformation.
User friendly Intelligent Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SnapLogic IIP is the user friendly learning for it and the user friendly user interface. I like the contrast in the user interface and the ease of monitoring using the dashboards. My favorites to use are the dashboard and the designer in IIP. Even non technical people can use with minimal coding experience. The drag-and-drop functionality in the Designer tool makes building complex integrations easier, and the Snaps allow quick integration. The intuitive dashboard provides real-time monitoring and insights, making it easier to track performance and troubleshoot issues. I also appreciate SnapLogic’s scalability, which enables handling large data volumes efficiently, and the automation capabilities that help streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs do not date back further, and sometimes the dashboarding can lag. I appreciate the user friendly nature of the platform but it would be better to have a seamless flow of interaction between the three modes Designer, Manager and Dashboard. The platform also occasionally experiences performance lags with very large or complex workflows and data, which can affect efficiency. Additionally, some advanced features, like custom scripting in certain Snaps, may require more technical knowledge, which can be a challenge for non-technical or beginner developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SnapLogic IIP helps by making it easier to connect and share data between different systems, applications, and cloud services. I use it for monitoring, developing and creating automated flows for resolving manual tasks. The business use is for integrating complex monolithic systems and it solves the problem of having silos of data in different places by allowing smooth data movement and integration, so everything works together. This helps simplify business processes, reduces errors, and improves decision-making with more accurate data. For me, it saves time by automating tasks that would otherwise need to be done manually and makes sure that even as data grows, everything stays well-organized and efficient.
