Great ETL tool that gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the variety of their snaps. You can get a complicated pipeline up and running in very little time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations that make it difficult to abstract out complex processes to avoid copy and pasting and editing multiple pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Snaplogic provides us to spend less time building out ETL processes, and more time actually analyzing the data that we collect from all of our systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way to get started building ETL pipelines. It isn't the most "Enterprise Read" product on the market, but it is great for startups that need to integrate data quickly.

Code migration process involves manual intervention

I have used it for migrating data from Legacy systems into Cloud based applications.

Ability to connect to various sources and publish as Restful endpoints

The Code Migration from org to org and lack of CI/CD compared to other products. Admin dashboard could use some improvements and have been waiting for those for a few qtrs.

Understand your data gravity, if your data is primarily in the cloud you may want to consider other alternatives. True benefits are provided by it's hybrid capabilities
Snaplogic is a simple tool to work with but not easy for complicated ETL Processes

Web based tool with no software installations required. Drag and drop feature for pipeline creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Java based syntax. Hard to debug pipelines and process complex joins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving data from different source systems and combining it to one target. Benefits are set up to connect to multiple source systems is seamless. Easy tool for non technical people to work with and create pipelines

Easy integrater and no dependent for individual developer for different technology

Snap for everything we like to make and while validation provide the accurate preview of the pipeline.

Once any upgrade happen some will go crazy and need to be fixed by the SnapLogic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline creation time is lesser and really easy Integration. orchestration of any kind of protocol or message type are processed. Design is very intelligent with the suggestion option in the product.

Data pull form various source like rest api that was difficult with other tools but wilt snaplogic it s very easy

What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling - We can add more features in the scheduling - like dependency check
Lookup's - When compare with other tools lookup are not more efficient. Lookup performance is too slow.

Converted the Informatica codes into Snaplogic codes. Cost saving and Good performance
Easiest ETL Tool
What do you like best about the product?
dealing with snap has been more Convenient way than any other tool with complex mapping. I worked on informatica for 3-4 years and now Snaplogic has become favorite ETL tool because of its functionality and ability to provide quick ETL solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
errors while executing flows and pipelines which dont have proper explanation and reloading seems fine. I worked on API part , extracting data from another platform and errors messages were not clear enough to resolve the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all source data transform to database with multiple location has resolved this issue. We are taking data from many locations and all data flows are seamlessly running fine with snaplogic support in all upgrade and continuous support session activity
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its easier and hassle free than any other current market tool plus it provides you additional thousand way to experiment with data in easiest way . I have worked on Informatica PC previously and it was difficult for me while dealing with complex mapping and flows but with Snap logic its more convenient to learn quickly.
