Best Integration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SnapLogic is great at connecting to many different external sources and bringing the data together into a single source
What do you dislike about the product?
Data extraction from another platform and errors messages when integrating with external API were not clear enough to resolve the issues , would have been more presiced

Great to automate ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Easy snaps and configurable parameters make it easy to work quickly. Heavily use snap pipeline api.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support for basic libraries specifically for the Python Snap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy discovery ETL to drive POC's
Easier compared to other legacy integration tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that has to be that snaplogic is easy to deploy and start working on, be it in cloud or on-premise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not yet any generic schema file thing available, which enables building a pipeline for varied input files ( any number of columns with any kind of metadata). This helps and eases out any business requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been automating some processes for business users and deriving analytical KPIs. The benefit I had is it has been really easier to pick up and automate any kind of business process with the self-explanatory snaps and the nicely done documentation by Snaplogic.
ETL is easy to implement, develop and get off the ground up and running in a short time
What do you like best about the product?
Connectors to the external API and range of databases which makes the product easy to use for development.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is need for any new connectors the procurement of the individual ones can get pricey

Extract data and persist the data in the single source of truth platform to derive actionable insights.

Yes, will recommend for ease of use and fast implementation.

The ease of using the tool. Ease of not using code and using simple UI based tools to put transformations logic in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Real time data integrations framework. We need real time data integrations based on delta data management and business needs. Need to explore more features within the tool that may be not highlighted or marketed

What do you like best about the product?
Pipelines are easy to understand and I was able to quickly get a hang of it. The UI is very good to look at and it is great in the way it all functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages could be a bit more clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to manipulate a lot of excel files in a format that is more salesforce friendly and running a whole app on salesforce using this.

Easy-to-use and extremely powerful platform that does not require much lines of code.

It can be hard to find tips and information outside of Snaplogic Wiki page

Integration between multiple on-prem systems and SaaS solutions. Much easier to manage and much quicker to develop than writing custom scripts

Extremely powerful platform that does not require much expertise in data management

I think, it's very easy tool to learn and use. With few minutes of hands on can make anyone up and running. Easy to build pipelines,schedule and monitor in dashboard.

Sbaplogic UI could have been better. User gets logged out very frequently.
Also it's not very responsive. Takes huge time to load designer page.

I am building and etl pipelines which ingest data to Hadoop from different sources systems in both real time and batch fashion
SnapLogic makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love how your can very easily (once you have figured it out) create pipelines with snaps to create tables, google sheets, send emails, etc. This makes my job easier as an operations analyst because I am able to have daily reports run automatically to different teams so they can use data to grow their teams and be more productive. Things that I used to manually done and now done and ready to go by the team I get into work each day, leaving me more time to focus on other aspects of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I am struggling trying to build something out, there isn't a great way to reach out to a community of SnapLogic users to see how they were able to solve the problem. Also, I find it hard to use the `Help` functionality to truly understand what a snap does, so I would like for more examples to be shown on what each snap actually does and how I could use it in my every day work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used pipelines to build a daily data dump for a team at my company to be able to analyze their own books of business and help them to retain a higher renewal rate. Also, I use this a lot of pull in data from My SQL Workbench and to create tables and send email triggers to members at our company to assist the in their daily reporting for their respective teams.

It is a very good product to simplifying automations

I don't dislike anything until today. Customer support could be better
