Good system for monitoring web experience

What do you like best about the product?
Help to have an idea of the performance of a website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video part is completely missing. It is useless for native mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved performance issues.
Benefits: historical data. Having the probes enabled, you can know the performance of a specific monitored period

Unique global coverage: the number of pops is very extensive

Sometimes bud fixes don't have a clear ETA

It allows a global visibility no other solutions were able to address nor are able to do today

What do you like best about the product?
Able to detect problems early by putting tests in place to detect delays or outages when trying to access different pages on your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is complex, and it is difficult to fine-tune email alerts not to set off false alarms. Repeated email alerts do point to a possible problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying issues with our host, CDN, DNS, or things beyond our control. When the problem is within our control, we can detect it early and provide data to validate our report to various service providers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the simulator and build used cases based monitoring for synthetics and also build complex payload monitoring for their response metrics across regions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There would always be some monitoring that might not exist as Bad Reputation of Messages going out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a centralized view of the product availability and user response time over customer sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Those who want a quick turnaround to build monitoring across web/api etc and simulate user experience this is a good tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be easily integrated to our own system which makes it easier for our team of Site Relibility Engineers as they can view all the signals from our different monitoring system in single place without moving from one site tot he other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cloud agents are flaky, causing availability data inaccurate.

We use catchpoint to monitor our availability across different continents.

Being able to constantly test multiple sites constantly so we can easily pinpoint the start time of errors
What do you dislike about the product?
How you have to refresh the page constantly when applying new filters

What do you like best about the product?
there are couple of features which are pretty good in Catchpoiint, like the screenshots for every milli seconds, performance data with different different filters, ease of navigation on the UI, the support team,
What do you dislike about the product?
downsides, would need the data breakup for more than a month, currently if we put a breakdown for a performance of a monitor on last 60 days we dont get output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with catchpoint, we are benefited with knowing the issue which the end customer faces beforehand at times. the alerting mechanism whenever a monitor fails helps our internal teams to know that there could be some issue at that particualr location/node on the configured web/app
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. At a point in future Catchpoint should be able to say that there is metric data or percentage of real customer impact

2. Also we use API to get some data on to our monitoring tools for ease of checking the performance of monitors, at times we are stuck with no data on what is the response of the API calls, how many requests are made per sec/per min/per hour/per day etc. If you can build capabilitites to get this data, that would be of great help for our organization to deal with certain traoubleshooting issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and capability Catchpoint offers are great and precise
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs are a bit difficult to check. It might be my less knowledge but I had a difficulty in searching the logs
