What do you like best about the product?
Being able to constantly test multiple sites constantly so we can easily pinpoint the start time of errors
What do you dislike about the product?
How you have to refresh the page constantly when applying new filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor our sites in real time and use it to investigate failures

UI is good but should improve more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
there are couple of features which are pretty good in Catchpoiint, like the screenshots for every milli seconds, performance data with different different filters, ease of navigation on the UI, the support team,
What do you dislike about the product?
downsides, would need the data breakup for more than a month, currently if we put a breakdown for a performance of a monitor on last 60 days we dont get output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with catchpoint, we are benefited with knowing the issue which the end customer faces beforehand at times. the alerting mechanism whenever a monitor fails helps our internal teams to know that there could be some issue at that particualr location/node on the configured web/app
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. At a point in future Catchpoint should be able to say that there is metric data or percentage of real customer impact

2. Also we use API to get some data on to our monitoring tools for ease of checking the performance of monitors, at times we are stuck with no data on what is the response of the API calls, how many requests are made per sec/per min/per hour/per day etc. If you can build capabilitites to get this data, that would be of great help for our organization to deal with certain traoubleshooting issues.

The dashboards and capability Catchpoint offers are great and precise
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs are a bit difficult to check. It might be my less knowledge but I had a difficulty in searching the logs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing the synthetic monitoring by hitting our LB URL

Only for external monitoring. I wish I could use this tool more.

LOB issues with thier landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong focus, excellent experience, driven to drive company success. Monitors everything from development to production that can affect your end-user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
New to this app there really isn’t anything that we dislike about the platform. The only thing that we struggle with is carving out enough time to fully utilize the capabilities of the platform. It is a feature-rich platform, and we are only scratching the surface on its capabilities. But what we do use is invaluable to our success
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have since added real user measurement and continue to build out high-value dashboards that are used across our organization to proactively monitor, manage, and improve our website’s performance.

Customer perspective monitoring with reachability focus.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience catchpoint has the broadest number of test locations for running tests to measure your customer’s experience. With too many other products, you are testing from cloud locations back to your applications which are often also cloud-based. CatchPoint combines that excellent visibility with exceptional customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is an opportunity to make script writing easier, perhaps by providing a recorder. It would also be nice to have more control over the default data retention policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company runs software from multiple datacenters and cloud locations; seeing disruptions or changes between locations is very difficult to troubleshoot with monitoring how traffic travels between locations over time. Catchpoint provides this visibility. We deliver services to our customers all across the United States. It is essential to understand when a region is impacted and not our service in diagnosing issues for support.

What do you like best about the product?
It's speed for loading data is very smooth, and it doesn't take much time to load data and graphs, even for a big project. This saves lots of time, and it's getting the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is much feedback from my side for improvement. It would be helpful if we could see all the ongoing tickets in one place, even from other team members that would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing catchpoint on daily basis to track the issues on our website related to customer's shopping paths. The user friendly experience makes this process smooth and effortless for us.
