Bright Data helped me with my facebook business accounts when i got banned on my own ips.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service + the speed of the proxies etc!

nothing at all, i really like this service

Im solving my facebook account problems which i was always getting banned without this. I love bright Data! I am more productive aswell!
Immediate attention to the issue and fast resolution

Responsible provider, the team is highly knowledgeable, and customer support is direct and well organized

dashboard login procedure recently became tedious and repetitive (i.e. can't keep a long session), often asked for 2nd level confirmation, keep receiving emails about "new login", although I always log in from my main machine

Collecting publicly available data from the web.
It's definitely the best for my purposes

Customer service. I've contacted with BrightData's representative Alina Privalchuk. All my questions were closed quickly in a professional manner

Edarl and the Bright Data team made my experience extremely easy and gave me a step by step guide on how to be successful with them.

I wouldn't change anything except I would increase my plan limit soon!

Easy and fast. It' s easy to set up and get it working. And it's fast!

It isn't cheap, but it's quality so that's acceptable.

In case the site needs a log-in, BrightData is not a good option.

Speed is the key factor of scraping data. We reduce the scraping time a lot, using BrightData.

Liked best:
- The success rate of Bright Data is above 95% for most of my crawls, including tough to crawl websites like LinkedIn, which is incredible
- I love their chrome plugin for easy pick and click crawler setups
- Their support is also very friendly and responsive

Disliked:
- Their IDE for the development of new crawlers is challenging to use
- The UI to retrieve your data is unnecessarily complex
- The main dashboard UX needs some information architecture work. Things are placed weirdly throughout the dashboard

We are using Bright Data to scrape datasets from social media websites like Team Blind, competitor websites, and job posts from the career pages of big tech companies like Google.
