What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about New Relic is having everything in one place. With real-time logs, APM, and infrastructure monitoring, I get a complete view without switching tools. The UI is clean, dashboards are customizable, and setting up alerts is super easy — it catches issues before they escalate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are harder to set up than they should be. While New Relic supports a wide range of tools, the documentation can feel outdated or assumes too much prior knowledge. I’ve had to do more troubleshooting than expected just to get basic metrics working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic helps me catch issues early by showing real-time performance data and pointing me straight to the problem. It saves time during incidents and often spots issues before users even notice.

What do you like best about the product?
Delivering real time performance insights across the entire stack is where new relic shines. The APM features are excellent . thanks to thorough transaction traces , error analytics and throughput matrices . The fact that APM, infrastructure monitoring ,logs and dashboards are all in one location is another feature I adore . debugging and root cause analysis are greatly accelerated by it , Because of the alerting systems strength and adaptability , proactive monitoring is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
the sheer volume of features on the platform can initially be daunting . Until you get used to it, the user interface seems a little crowded to new users . Additionally , some sophisticated features are only available at higher price points , which might not be suitable for startups for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic is solving several critical problems related to application performance , infrastructure monitoring and incident response . it gives me deep visibility into how my applications and services are performing in real time enabling proactive issue detection
