Nothing to dislike about New Relic, almost all the features are very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make sure problems are caught early, so they don’t affect users. I work on optimizing apps and infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly. 1. Strong integrations with multiple types of servers and programming languages. As an e-commerce developer, I used to integrate with my Magento websites and AWS server. Whenever the CPU utilization reaches its threshold limit, it will notify us, and I can monitor the system and ensure there is no downtime for the website.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing - For the base level it will cover with free tier, but the free tier has limitations, if we go with pricing models, then Relic offers pay-per-usage, Sometimes the amount will be too high for a high-traffic application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is giving alerts based on the CPU usage, this will help me to check the server and making my customer websites ON all time, In ecom industry the Zero downtime has significant importance. Also it will help me to understand the programs/modules that using high CPU and troubleshoot on the specific point.

What do you like best about the product?
Application Performance Monitoring (APM) is fantastic tool. It gives us lot of insights from our production applications. We make decisions of infrastructure resources based on traffic. It also help us to detect bugs inside out with all metadata.

Scheduling the reports will be more helpful.

It is helping us to monitor production application. It also help us to debug the issues, slow requests, vulnerabilities, etc.

The most comprehensive and full monitoring. Nothing comes even close to the amount of monitoring that is allows!

None so far! Ther are no areas where I find New Relic lacking.
