What do you like best about the product?
With its OCFI technology, it detects attacks in time, issuing vulnerability alerts that can enter and affect the system or application. With a detailed alert, you can quickly act and remedy the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their response attention is not efficient to solve the tickets sent, it would be good if they improved the attention

Constant monitoring allows the system to be secure against attacks and with the implementation in the cloud, security is much stronger

What do you like best about the product?
Its a very agile toll for monitring your application databases and microservices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes metrics takes time to refresh and sometimes it shows incorrect data as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very vital tool for monitoring and alerts in our organisation. It helps us in getting alarms in advance if anything happens to our system. Also we are able to minotor every single API which again is very useful for system stability.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to monitor the application metrics and see all the things in visual form on the new relic UI. The best part of it is that you can easily find all the reasons behind any production issue or slowness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support system is also very poor, many times find issues in some APM monitoring and try to reach them to find the solution ASAP but it was not good as we expected. Newrelic new UI is very complicated, compare to the old UI.

To prevent the production outage and slowness by getting the alerts from it.

What do you like best about the product?
Newrelic is the best tool for monitoring the JVM metrics, like response time and infra health. And also help to manage the microservice's health and configure to alert metrics as convenient for the user to run infra smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very costly, and the new relic has updated the new ui, where we cannot find the metrics by instance (JVM) wise to find out the root cause. Very delayed response time from the support team. Many times also find minor bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic is helping us find the root cause of service outages and take action before client impact. It's beneficial, and the most trustworthy matrics are the provider.

Easy to deploy, highly effective in detecting threats , Easy to use. highly flexible as it could be used both in cloud based as well as on premises or in hybrid environment.

The solution needs more RPA and AI features.

K2's best feature is that it can solve complex tasks, issues, and projects with little coding.
K2 is light weight and great vulnerability software for cyber attacks.

It is lightweight, easy to implement and use, and helps track many vulnerabilities. Also, it can be implemented on-premises, cloud or in hybrid environments. Also, it is one of a kind to enforce Optimized Control Flow Integrity (OCFI) technology.

It is a bit tedious to manage, it has some minor glitches, and K2's support for the DevOps team is weak. But other than it is a great new tool for the zero-day attack.

What do you dislike about the product?
The bad points about newrelic are:
1. Not suitable to find RCA, but can tell you something is wrong, for example, it can't tell you which line of code is causing the problem
2. Dashboard customization options are not available
3. There are not a lot of metrics it tracks, it just tracks the important ones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use New Relic for tracking the application metrics like latency, p95, p99, and mean time, and its dashboard is the first thing we track after any release. It can tell you when something goes wrong, it has alerting policies and can push alerts on the mail and even slack channels which is very useful.
