Great Monitoring Tool With Great Potential
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic changed the view of the entire application and Database monitoring industries. New Relic gathers the information and generates statistics and facts from web-based, other enterprise applications and From Database Systems and generates understandable forms to allow us to make decisions proactively. New Relic APM generates extensive Perf Information to assist in Debugging and allowing us to access transaction trails.
Provide the Number of the connectors to integrate the new relic with enterprise applications and Databases, which provides access to data such as errors and more insights based on that, we are getting help to fix the issues.
Provide the Alet Configuraitoon, which can be integrate with Slack or any Chat box, and Pager duty for alerting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too much Costly Compare to other Market tools like data dog, signoz etc.
Agent installed on Servers generates lots of logs. Sometimes Database servers may get Create More I/O. Installation Bit Critical.
Some Time Getting half information about the slow query From Databases. It will be challenging to identify the real issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is helping us to monitor the application services, Database services, Helping us to identify the slow log Queris, Based on the Graphical contents. Allow us to configure the critical alerts that can be integrated with slack, PagerDuty and other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate it into mobile and web applications to track user behavior, application performance and the Console provides a nice and clean UI to see those metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any issues so far with the software, This has made it easier for us to track down the application performance analytics, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps developers to keep track of how the application is performing in production and if is there any error in the application that needs the attention of the development team.

What do you like best about the product?
New Relic is easy and intuitive to use. Agents can be installed in the blink of an eye; if there is no ready-to-use agent, you can use the API to submit your data. The platform is also easy to use and has many valuable visualizations on its systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is easy to use, it has a lot of user experience issues in some features, mainly alerts, data query and SLI/SLO. I know that it is due to the platform's evolution, but I think they can improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic helped me a lot when disasters happen, reducing the time needed to investigate the problem and find its root cause. It has helped us to learn more about our applications, their base behaviors and setting operational quality objectives and properly tracking them with all the data we collect on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
New relic helps me to stabling a self service observatilty platform for my developers. They cover end to end monitoring for any startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a start up grow you will need more advanced features as Real-time user monitoring and authentic browser testing.

Providing observatility for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Full stack observability with adequate pricing. They do not try to overcharge with per server pricing or anything like that. They offer the best APM solution and it integrates with infrastructure monitoring and logs to get a full view on your systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve, the platform is well documented but not as intuitive as I would like. Often I am not using all the future at 100%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us data about our apps. helping us troubleshoot weird problems and edge cases after they happened. Getting notified in cases where our app is performing badly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to monitor the application metrics and see all the things in visual form on the new relic UI. The best part of it is that you can easily find all the reasons behind any production issue or slowness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support system is also very poor, many times find issues in some APM monitoring and try to reach them to find the solution ASAP but it was not good as we expected. Newrelic new UI is very complicated, compare to the old UI.

To prevent the production outage and slowness by getting the alerts from it.

What do you like best about the product?
New relic helps to monitor instances running on AWS and show thier metric such as memory usage, and compute usage etc., new relic is also useful in monitoring docker containers, and one can also prepare custom data from these metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, but learning new relic is a bit tricky, more resources can be made public to get the knowhow to use it more effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is helping to observe and monitor metrics of ec2 instances running on AWS and also monitor metrics of the ML models running and thus saving from opening Model metrics on aws every time
Value for Money in Application Performance Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Everything from Error Monitoring to Application Performance Monitoring, Alerting to Multiple destinations, and Supporting Multiple Cluster Nodes and UI has improved a lot recently.
Overall Speed to retrieve and understand any incident is fast no matter how much the size of data pushed to New Relic.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about New Relic except the Pricing Model, which is charging per user. If your team size is big then the pricing model should be something very flexible to give access to monitor the health of the application to every single developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application Performance Monitoring, Incident Management, and IT Alerting. Resulting in identifying the potential application bugs in time with the help of a full error stack trace narrowing down the area of interest.
