What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a glitch sometimes during critical times which I wouldn't say I like.

Great software to do performance analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I had to find culprits of internal modules taking longer in processing time, and I found anomalies while using new-relic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unsure how much extra time the new relic was taking, and there was a little less documentation for problems I faced initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed tracing was a great feature, that I used and it helped me a lot in getting the anamolies in the system.
Easiest to set up and get going
What do you like best about the product?
You can trace metrics, logs, and trace APIs across your stack. That does wonders while debugging an issue or monitoring the system's health.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for logging and log retention can be comparatively higher than other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fine-tuning APIs, indirectly it reduce spend on additional server to run more traffic.
Newrelic is a great tool to monitor your entire application ecosystem

Easy to use with intuitive interfaces and many integration options.

I couldn't get the cross-application trace to work correctly with RabbitMQ

New Relics presents itself as one source of truth for mnotoring. Infrastructure and application.

Having to run the .ini file all the time against ny application commandline

As a DevOps engineer, mean time to recovery is kne of the KPIs and having one source if truth, as New relic all is solved here... Tracing you issues and fixing them.

Not really, Tool is already user friendly any new one as well understand quickly.

Best monitoring solution for an early-stage startup

New Relic's free offering is super-generous. You get access to all the necessary features, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, in context (and more). They cap the ingested data at 100G/month, which is more than enough for you to start off.

It covers all my infrastructure needs and it's free - really not much negative feedback I can give.

New Relic allows me to understand when my services have an outage and proactively respond to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily create dashboards, query and compare metrics and logs, near realtime events, APM and distributed tracing, everything a modern web application needs in one suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending events our side the platform can incur extra costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed tracing and logging. Easy to trace and locate issue between services.
THE solution for all monitoring needs and a fantastic APM.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. The APM is exceptionally good and you can find n+1's so easily. Also you can just right into problematic lines. This is way better than Datadog's APM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 100GB free Demo Tier gives you about a week of bits and bobs. To be able to evaluate it properly and in more realistic conditions you need to pay right away.

New Relic brings it all together in one place. One login, one place to look for just about everything you want to know and debug. This saves so much time jumping back and forth into other tools and places, trying to puzzle together even the smallest things.
