For all of our Israel posts, Radware Cloud WAF Service is the Web Application Firewall we replaced F5 with. We were searching for something with good service and cloud-based support, as I have a lot of websites in the cloud. It gives me more than I expected.

Best thing about WAF, Radware DDOS notification. As of now at my location we will get notification call with severity and attack details.

SIEM integration is only pain point. Integration is bit difficult

My application is exposed to internet is well protected by Radware WAF, due to this external user can access the application safely. and organization reputation will also be safe.

What do you like best about the product?
I am having very good experience with Radware Cloud WAF. It is providing very good and enhanced support towards application level threats like SQL Injection, XSS,CSRF etc...Ease of Use is also good part of the Radware cloud WAF as provides very easy and user friendly GUI. Their Customer support is very good and they support us in any ad-hoc activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it is very difficult for me to finetune and refine the alerts.

Our organization is developing websites very rapidly and security is also important for the same. To secure our web facing applications we have decided to purchase the Radware Cloud WAF.

My experience with Radware Cloud WAF is excellent. What impressed me most is its comprehensive protection against all OWASP TOP-10 vulnerabilities And the platform gives auto-generated securities policies for newly onboard applications which saves lots of time and efforts of any Administrator. Another standout feature is its zero day protection, which gives extra layer of confidence when dealing with unpredictable threats.overall I can say it is complete suite of WEB and Mobile application protection.

The radware cloud waf have real time signature based solutions, which is good to protect from top 10 owasp attack, it is good for hybrid deployment, and the dashboard facility is easy to management and properly categorised.

Radware cloud WAF is highly effective and reliable Web Application Firewall (WAF). It provides excellent protection against web bases threats or application layer threats. Mitigations of such threats is also easy and very smooth with the help of Radware Cloud WAF. It also covers almost all the OWASP Top 10 attacks. Provides verities of customizations for policy to detect SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting, Remote File Inclusion, CSRF etc...

I am having very amazing experience while using Radware Cloud WAF. It provides full protection against all the OWASP TOP -10 attacks including other applications layer attacks as well.In Radware Cloud WAF also provides easy to understand security events in details so it will be very useful to security administrator to identify genuine attacks and also removes false positive attacks.Also provides us policy level customisation with help of implementing positive security model and negative security model.

I really like the services. When I have attacks, Radware contacts me before I'm even aware there's a problem. They recognize if there's an attack from a certain country and ask if I want to block it. They provide all the necessary information, and there's always someone to talk to. They block every attack, and the team has the perfect protection for me. The solution helps reduce false positives by 30%, thanks to good implementation and exclusions. It gives me a lot of time because I don't need to manage it; Radware manages everything for me. I am very satisfied with the prevention from zero-day attacks, and Radware Bot Manager helps with bot traffic detection. They provide excellent compliance support. I highly recommend this product to others because I'm satisfied with the mitigation and proactive protection.

I would like to see an improvement in the twenty-four-seven support service.

I replaced F5 with Radware Cloud WAF Service because I needed something with good service on the cloud. The previous solution was not meeting my expectations.

The onboarding with the Radware team was good. They handled implementation and set up exclusions well to reduce false positives.

Radware Cloud WAF Service saves a lot of time for my employees since they no longer need to manage it directly. The solution manages everything, allowing my employees to focus on other applications.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is not cheap; it is expensive, but it is effective.
What other advice do I have?
I highly recommend Radware Cloud WAF Service to others. I have recommended it to my colleagues in other companies, and they have also been satisfied with it. It's a very good product with excellent support and minimal false positives. Overall, it delivers everything required for protection. I would rate the overall solution ten out of ten.
