what I like most about algosec it's his capabilities to develop reports based on the information obtained from different sources

Its massive options catalog for simple tasks that sometimes need easier ways for obtaining information

Mostly reporting according to our compliance areas about the different sources, it gives us first-hand insight information

The Firewalls rules clean up which helps to keep the networks safe and reduce the risks

The backup/compare options on the CISCO Firewalls

The BAU rules set validation and cleanup of unused rules . Also removal of non-compliant rules is very easy using Algosec

One platform for firewall change and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to setup, a lot of customization.

Easy for analysis the firewall rule base, and user to raise new changes.
Great feature called fireflow

I really liked the fireflow function, where we can automate the creation of rules on different firewalls with integration via servicenow.

It's a bit confusing, the interface needs an update to a more modern UI, and the graphics too.

It helped me create controls and governance in firewall rules, in addition to pointing out flaws, duplicates and items that do not comply with market standards.

With AlgoSec we are proactively see all the changes and reduce the risks that we have regarding requirements for SOX as well as maintain all the policies for information security.

Will be good to provide more customized dashboard for insights to enable the remediation activities.

Algosec has been a useful tool for managing our multi-vendor network and optimizing our firewall settings. Due to its unmatched visibility into our firewalls, we are able to locate and eliminate redundant rules. Algosec has improved our overall network security and provides more value than its competitors in its price range.

This is more popular for its firewall like Cloudflare, they are the big competitor in their Firewalls and switch vendors.
