Fantastic product value with impeccable customer service

What do you like best about the product?
One of the strong benefits of working with Amperity is their ability to scale to their clients as far as pace and requests. They have a knowledgeable team that believes in their product and can provide A++ customer service and value add.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into one product limitation for our particular use case but what I don't dislike about that is Amperity's help connecting us with other clients who are trying to do similar things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have leveraged Amperity's product to really understand our clients and customize our analytics and personalize the client experience.

Team is very responsive and accommodating - working with clients according to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a few more data integrations and real-time capabilities would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identity Resolution which helps in better personalization, among other benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an enterprise with a large amount of first-party data and looking to build a Customer Data / Identity Resolution platform, I would highly recommend considering Amperity.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools that assist with segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading times for customer insights takes a long time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize the segmentation tool that builds out audiences for me to use in our ESP. I also use Amperity for Churn Campaigns and for looking at customer insights to help build strategies across the ecommerce channel.
