Cost, sometimes the Ongoing Maintenance/Updates and Limited Customization.

The platform offers extensive functionalities, and users may need time to become fully comfortable and proficient with all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clouadaware help us on resolving our issue with the monitoring of our cloud resources in azure this tool give us a real-time visibility into the health and performance of your cloud resources.

It provides a unified view of all cloud resources, which allows for better visibility and control over the entire cloud environment. The platform offers a range of features, including automated tasks, inventory management, cost optimization, compliance management, and security

Cloudaware can be slow at times, and the user interface can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the pricing can be high for small businesses or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Complexity: Managing multiple cloud accounts, services, and resources can be complicated and time-consuming. Cloudaware simplifies cloud management by providing a single dashboard to monitor and manage all cloud infrastructure.
2. Security: Cloudaware helps organizations identify potential security risks, such as misconfigured resources, unauthorized access, and data breaches, and provides recommendations to mitigate these risks.
3. Cost optimization: Cloud services can be expensive, and it can be challenging to identify cost optimization opportunities. Cloudaware provides cost optimization recommendations, such as rightsizing instances, eliminating idle resources, and leveraging reserved instances.

Deployment experience and app management in Amazon Web Services is a pretty smooth experience.

There is nothing much to dislike; dislike is a pretty strong word. The usage analytics dashboard could be slightly improved.
