Bad system and poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The content of the courses are interesting and the videos are easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some courses, every week ends with a quiz, an assignment that needs to be completed and you're also required to review your peers in the class. The problem is that usually, you end up doing the quiz and the assignment in one day, and then you're forced to wait days/weeks until someone else submits an assignment you can review. So even though you're finished with 95% of the course you're stuck waiting and not knowing when you'll be able to finish. In theory, I suppose you could wait months if nobody else takes the course. Meanwhile, Coursera continues to take your money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting access to online courses from quality education.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would use edx.org instead. They're so much better.

Benefits of Coursera
What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is a platform that provides the stand in most of the popular universities such as "Stanford University" to do a certificate course in a variety of courses. Such courses are Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence. And in most of the courses learning is free but you will pay for certificate.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the certificate you will pay for them. But some courses highly paid courses which were provided by foreign universities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problems which were facing by me via long period of 2-3 months. I solve the problem with the help of illustrations which was illustrated by the experienced teacher.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend friends and colleagues to use them and learn something with quality video lessons from foreign popular universities.

What do you like best about the product?
If you love learning Online then Coursera is for you. Courses, video quality, audio quality, assignments, everything is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some assignments on Coursera are really very tough. I mean these assignments cannot be solved without external help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take online courses on Coursera. You really gain Knowledge by taking the courses offered by Coursera. The quality of the courses is really impressive.

If you love learning online then Coursera can really help you. There are so many quality courses available on Coursera which can enhance your skills and domain knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Coursera is the best e-learning platform as it provides many courses including free ones. Quality of video is very good and videos are also very interactive and understandable . Coursera is very easy to use . It is the best place for any beginner . It also provide a certificate for all courses that we are learning

There is nothing to dislike in this website as it provide courses at very low price and the quality of videos are very good .

I am using Coursera from atleast three years and be an working professional I can learn and gain required skills my own place with flexible timing.It also provide 7 days free trail which helps me to choose courses that I want at an affordable price

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Coursera is constantly updating their program courses, learning paths, and features. The team works diligently to put out quality material that learners will enjoy. The Coursera team is always eager to learn how they can improve learning features for our students. Most importantly, the Google Cloud Platform feature enables our students to master their skills in cloud computing which is highly beneficial to both the learner and the organization. Variety is also very important for learning, therefore, being that Coursera offers specializations, individual courses, Mastertrack certificates, and degrees is fantastic! They also offer some free courses which are always a plus for a new learner or someone looking for learning opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, there is not a dislike with the Coursera platform that resonates with me. However, leaners have mentioned that the platform could be a bit more user friendly in terms of navigation. We have received feedback from some of our users who imply that the navigation tools are not as user friendly as other learning platforms. Some additional feedback we have received from learners is that they would also like to see more in-depth feedback during their courses. Learners have also mentioned that they want a more personal experience with the instructors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am seeing the value of the improved learning material for my learners. My company's goal is to have everyone cloud certified, Coursera makes that possible especially being that they offer GCP learning paths and features. Perhaps some courses can also be kept open longer so that students do not miss the opportunity to enroll.

Very organized platform and they have a wide catalog of courses. Give it a try!
