Coursera- The best online classes anyone can take
What do you like best about the product?
Most of the courses are free. They charge reasonable price for a professional certificate. More than all that, they offer courses which are really useful in the current scenario, with which you can actually get a job as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked was, it is really tough to call their customer care and talk to a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve coding problems by learning courses that coursera is offering. It also gives confidence to switch careers.

Amazing for personal growth
What do you like best about the product?
It’s helpful if you’re proactive and self motivated to grow professionally. The amount of courses offered can be densely populated with specifics of exactly what you need in your industry. I’m in customer support doing courses in product design!
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses need to have better descriptions of what they offer in a single view. A better filtration process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to grow myself and push myself to become a better professional. I get to focus on new subjects and really find what I’m passionate about and get certified for it!

It offers great comprehensive courses on almost everything, taught by the best instructors to get deep knowledge about that topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I dislike, but I would really like if Coursera makes a platform where you can apply for jobs and companies can search for people to hire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I want to learn about some technology and gain deep knowledge and get certificate, I go to Coursera. Because there you can find good, long courses offered by Universities, and taught by experts in the Industry.

Great platform for educational learning, quality content offered by Universities and and get valuable certificates, complete the courses at your own pace.
Online Learning with ease and vast to choose from
What do you like best about the product?
Their platform is above the standard for those who seek online learning for job opportunities . They have interactive classes along with online labs to test our practical skills on what we learned. Many Tech giants including Google , IBM and Intel etc.. provides topics on relevant topics and provide certificate on successful completion.
I completed some of them and added to my Coursera profile. It was fun and easy to learn and their website and mobile app is super smooth . I liked their hassle free entertaining classes and assessments through which we can learn new skills without no lags. All courses are free to learn

What do you dislike about the product?
Although their courses are free we need to pay an amount to get certified and for it is bit too high for some. They provide reductions for low income students but it requires so much proofs to qualify for it. Their help and support is not much fast and their ID verification process page is too slow and crashes often when accessed through mobile app.
These are some of drawbacks i felt rather than it is awesome site to learn something new!!

Coursera is designed in a way that is intuitive to use and easy to navigate.

I find it hard to motivate to continue taking classes.

We are using coursera for business for professional development. It's nice that each employee can choose what classes they take and take them on their own time.

Education is extremely important, and the open availability (and low cost) of this resource is very important to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the program and the pace you can utilize this program. I like that any users can learn new skills from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, you can easily choose the courses you want to take and learn said new skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about this program. If I have to put something, it is that the multiperson function for a business platform is not as easy to use for a team setting as I would like it to be. It can get a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Different business solutions and formatting needs for my company including my training and professional development needs. For example, workplace etiquette and how to effectively respond to clients or informed. The benefits would be that everyone can work from the same course and get the same learned skills and benefit at the same time.

Think about the needs of your company and what you are trying to accomplish. what is the training you need, how many courses do you need to take? This is a business I recommend for people who are looking for a fast and effective platform for training and professional development.
Coursera good for specilization
What do you like best about the product?
The Course content and organization is really good. The course deadline drives us to complete sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe UI is not that friendly, I easily get lost and have to make multiple clicks to figure out what I am doing.

Enabling Gcloud knowledge across organization.

What do you like best about the product?
On the Coursera platform I have the chance to take paid or free online courses at some of the best universities in the world. Taking classes from renowned teachers is a very motivating part of the teaching and learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses are not updated frequently. I believe that today the user experience is a very important factor and it seems to me that Coursera does not impose its own quality standard in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Coursera there is the possibility to apply for a partial financing program for the course, in case you are in an unfavorable financial situation. I applied and got support in a certain course. This shows that the platform is also concerned with the democratization of education.
