Coursera had always amused me with the course contents they have. Every person irrespective of their age and qualification who has a interest to learn can access coursera and study the extensive contents available in the website

There is a less things to dislike about coursera.

Coursera certificates are an add on to the CV to upgrade my career and a great add on during this pandemic

I am working on text analytics using python Coursera specialization. I have done Professor Chuck's course on using python to access web data, Chatbot using RASA, Machine learning pipeline with azure ML studio

It is a good platform for upskilling the employees, provided we use it precisely to meet the business needs and not get lost in the ocean of information available.

I like the flexible deadlines and instructor training quality the most. They are quite helpful in building up knowledge and the application of skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike. However, some courses have low engagement from the instructors.

It helps solve problems relating to organizational goals and change development and also upskill employees in areas they are weak.
I found Coursera for Business very helpful. Using it, businesses will be able to motivate employees.

Expired Institution partners that doesn't send out notifications of renewal. Or at least a system notification coming from Coursera itself.

Every feature in Coursera is just perfect at it's own.

Obviously there is nothing that I can dislike about it, but the monthly fee structure should be replace with the one time fee structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to learn something that I thought I would never be able to learn. And If I was a tutor or university I would prefer Coursera in all cases. Most userfriendly environment I've ever had.
