I found it easier to install RHEL when compared to other Linux flavors. Also the GUI interface enables my team to work on the given tasks with less efforts and minimum training

Not much. Some times faced problems in procuring some specific rpms for RHEL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a server for our mooc services. We are able to easily configure and deploy our MOOC applications and services, and even managing all the services by my team on a regular basis is very easy
