DuploCloud has been a game-changer, Thank You!
What do you like best about the product?
DuploCloud has been a game-changer for us. Not just the ease of deployment and replicating environments but also maintaining the security standards on GovCloud. We are very confident with DuploCloud managing our infrastructure. Another highlight is their proactiveness; they monitor the infrastructure and ensure that there is no downtime and that our infrastructure remains updated with security standards. DuploCloud has also been very helpful with knowledge transfer/ learning sessions; they have always been available to clear our doubts and educate us on infrastructure and security-related queries. Overall we are glad to have DuploCloud with us and would like to express our gratitude for their continued support. Thank you DuploCloud; we wish you all the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there has been no downside that comes to my mind. We have had a fantastic experience and would love to continue having the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first approached DuploCloud as we wanted to bring up a GovCloud Environment. However, after doing business with them, we decided to move our existing non-GovCloud environments to DuploCloud. We even brought up non-GovCloud Duplo Environment.

Allowed Dev team to launch (deploy) new product without dedicated DevOps engineer
What do you like best about the product?
- Developers can self-serve configure manage deploy AWS resources without dedicated DevOps

What do you dislike about the product?
We had to deploy DuploCloud in a new separate AWS account/VPC which was a bit inconvenient while accessing resources in our existing AWS account/VPC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows team of developers to self-serve deploy and manage cloud applications with minimal understanding/expertise in AWS infrastructure management - without requiring dedicated DevOps which are always in short supply. This allowed us to launch new products without being gated by in house DevOps capacity
Great simplified and quick cloud set-up
What do you like best about the product?
Good choice of components to keep it simple and straightforward, but extensible to support extra features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, support has been great when there was any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cloud resources can be a full time job, and choosing the right components when building a webapp came make a huge difference when it comes time to maintaining it or extending it. DuploCloud has been great in helping us make the right choices and providing support for our use case.

What do you like best about the product?
much easier to use than vanilla aws, espeically looking at logs
What do you dislike about the product?
the nested kibana log view is a bit hard to work with. a dedicated url would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud infra management. Much easier to troubleshoot our infra at various levels than aws console
Great for environment configuration and access control, not so great for debugging logs.
What do you like best about the product?
It has fine access controls for all users and provides an easy to use interface for managing all environment config.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debugging experience can be better. Although the logs section does support all the functionality, the searching and filtering of those logs require a lot of learning for efficient use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an interface on top underlying systems such as ones provided by AWS etc and allows internal team members to access and update the env and deployments in a safe and easy way.
everything in one cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Everyithing is in one place, no need to manage each service separately on different servers. Everything is in the cloud, so it *should* be more reliable. I am not devops though, they might have a different opinion :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I am terribly annoyed about downtimes in some services that happen relatively often - just today I hit 504 again when I tried to open jenkins. The second issue is the necessity to login each time you open it, it seems like the session gets invalidated once a week (or even a couple of days) which is almost useless from the point of security but makes ppl perform some redundant operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use CI and Kibana hosted in duplocloud

as a developer, i need more clarification & deeper info on many issues in our company infra so they are very experts to provide industry best practices in that area
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes i ping them at late-night/holidays, and they little bit delayed on those scenarios

Easy EC2 management and LoadBalancers capability

Many AWS EC2 features not fully supported from UI. (AMI management, DNS management...)

Easy wayt to manage Docker containers over EC2 machines.
Helps make setting up cloud infrastructure simple!
What do you like best about the product?
DuploCloud's team is very responsive and helps us resolve problems quickly, they're very open to speaking with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any bad experiences so far with Duplo!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup and don't have a member of our team who could handle devops, so DuploCloud is a perfect augment to our team.

The best part of Duplo software for cloud automation is great GUI and its easy to integrate, manage for any automation.

nothing so far but only 1 thing need to build product support
