Best Free open source OS for desktop and servers
What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu Server is Open source, and anyone can use it. Very Light OS, which can be installed on any machine with a Low CPU and Memory Machine, Has an excellent Community to build it better, and mainly all the languages are supported worldwide. It is far better than Windows OS. Ubuntu Belong to the Linux Family, and most coders choose Ubuntu to write codes and develop the programme. Most Importantly, it will not restart to install new drivers over the Windows OS.

3. we can manage our server with roles-based and permission-based, where we can control how we want to use our files.
4. APT repository ready and available where we need to install new applications or programmes.
5. Mostly Databases servers are running on Ubuntu Server,
6. Top-notch security.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ubuntu pushes its universal packaging format Snaps, which, compared to Flatpaks, are known to be slow and, in some instances, have some performance drawbacks.
Ubuntu ships software with some inconsistencies in recent releases. Specific Gnome software shipped with the release had an older version, while certain other apps had a more recent version. Their software store, for example, is a fork of Gnome software, and it falls a few versions behind the upstream Gnome Software. These inconsistencies are reportedly being addressed, and I believe future releases will ship with more recent software by default.
